 Assignment Requirements

• Business Need: 1 page, show us how implementing your project makes business sense and fulfils a need
• Scope Statement: 3 pages
• Product scope description
• Project scope/deliverables
• Project exclusions
• Project constraints
• Product acceptance criteria (all specifications)
• Assumptions
• Risks
• WBS: 1 page (Using smart sheet, fitted to be viewed clearly)
• WBS dictionary: 2 pages (cost, duration not required)
• Interview Table: 3 pages. List of experts you interviewed by phone to validate your WBS (full name,
contact, company name, what did they validate). This may include engineers, technicians, senior
expertise outside of your team that you spoke to over the phone or on Zoom, etc. to consult them about
your project. You want to show them your WBS and ask them for their opinion. You need to start
arranging for these interviews right away as you will run out of time if you keep it until next week.
