ISSUE –
Are Vic AP J Merlino & CHO Brett Sutton charlatans?

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, Brett Sutton has been going on about compulsory masks
wearing, both inside and outside and so I view anyone is entitled to have him proving that masks
are not only available, but also are approved for the very purpose he demands they are to be worn
for in a safe manner. It is idiotic to make a demand and have it enforced by the Victorian Police
more in my view acting like NAZI SS Storm Troopers to enforce compulsory masks wearing
where there are no special masks for that purpose approved.
When the Government stipulated seat belts then it did set out to legislate as to what was to be
deemed a safe seat belt. I am not aware that there is any legislation that sets out what kind of
mask is deemed appropriate and safe to wear regarding COVID-19. As such, I view that
Victorian Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton is a charlatan who simply so to say is selling snake
oil that is useless for what he pretends it to be for.

millions of graphene-containing masks are in use around the world, produced by a whole host of companies.
So far, it’s not clear whether the nanoparticles of graphene in the masks also contain metals—which are
highly destructive.

And, now we seem to have another complete idiot Acting Premier James Merlino
(james.merlino@parliament.vic.gov.au) who instead of demanding that Brett Sutton proves that
masks are safe and prove that they will protect a person wearing it against any COVID-19, he
simply seems to be too dumb to even understand his responsibilities to do so.
I have been warning about the dangers associated with certain masks and yet we have Brett
Sutton in my view acting like a complete idiot to demand facemask to be worn both inside and
outside. Well, let him prove the “science” that masks do work for the particular purpose he
demands them to be used for!

I recall how politicians around the world were claiming that women should be respected and they
set all kinds of quota’s and yet, when it comes to pregnancy then the very politicians couldn’t
give a darn as they rather instil their demands because they are power hungry, never mind the
suffering of the women. That just underline they use mantras but cannot care less about their
victims.

This week’s data showed 943 total adverse events, including 23 rated as serious, among 12- to -17-year-olds.

In the U.S., 268.4 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of May 14. This includes115 million
doses of Moderna’s vaccine, 144 million doses of Pfizer and 9 million doses of the Johnson & Johnson (J&J)
COVID vaccine.

Of the 4,201 deaths reported as of May 14, 23% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, 16% occurred within
24 hours and 38% occurred in people who became ill within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

This week’s VAERS data show:

 20% of deaths were related to cardiac disorders.

 54% of those who died were male, 44% were female and the remaining death reports did not include gender
of the deceased.
 The average age of death was 74.7 and the youngest deaths reported include two 15-year-olds (VAERS I.D.
1187918 and 1242573 ) and a 16-year-old (VAERS I.D. 1225942). There were other reported deaths in
children under 16 that could not be confirmed or contained obvious errors.
 As of May 14, 1,140 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 351
reports of miscarriage or premature birth.
 Of the 2,275 cases of Bell’s Palsy reported, 51% were reported after Pfizer-BioNTechvaccinations, 42%
following vaccination with the Moderna vaccine and 192 cases, or 10%, of Bell’s Palsy cases were reported
in conjunction with J&J.
 There were 195 reports of Guillain-Barré Syndrome with 40% of cases attributed to Pfizer, 38% to
Moderna and 26% to J&J.
 There were 65,854 reports of anaphylaxis with 38% of cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine, 51% to Moderna
and 11% to J&J.
 There were 3,758 reports of clotting disorders and other related conditions. Of those, 1,468 reports were
attributed to Pfizer, 1,093 reports to Moderna and 1,093 reports to J&J.

I could refer to numerous other articles, videos, etc, but what we need now is that politicians, and
so their health officials, who are pushing for “vaccinations” now prove, not merely assume, that
what they refer to as “vaccine” in fact is a “vaccine” and not a “MEDICAL TREATMENT”, of
which neither short term and/or long term harm is known as yet. Also, that they prove that any so
called “vaccine” is safe for the participant and actually does protect the participant against
becoming infected with COVID19, etc.

I understand from reports of persons who became infected with what is referred to as COVID-19
about 79% of them were wearing masks. As such, wearing a mask could get you more likely to
become ill.

There are reports that children as young as 4 year old died from pneumonia from wearing a
mask, not being COVID! The problem is that many illnesses can involve lung problems and as

such it is utterly useless to make a claim as to “cases” when the particular disease is unknown.
More over, getting sick and tired from health officials and politicians referring to “cases”. It is
utterly meaningless if there is no specific definition what a “case” is about. Even the USA CDC
is flip-flopping changing the meaning of “case” as may suit politician for a politician in power.
As such, let first make known what the definition is for a “case” before parroting whatever.
Are laboratories merely jacking up the number of cycles so as to increase the number of “false
positives” even so this can cause severe harm (financially and otherwise) to a person concerned
as well as to the general community if the stupidity of unscientific lockdown is applied.
How absurd that a person may have a lifetime of work destroyed because some imbecile of a
health official not even knowing what he is doing is to dictate some lockdown where
The innocent person is totally unrelated to any infectious issue?
Let politicians and health officials first beyond any shred of doubt PROVE that they isolated the
SARS-CoV-2 as to base their “science” upon this. After all imaginary issues may be all right for
kindergarten but not to destroy the lives of the many.

Then let them prove that any vaccination actually is preventing any particular infection, and not
merely that it MIGHT do something but wait for a few years as there is as yet no science to prove
anything. Young people are dying after vaccination and for what?

What is needed is autopsies of any death claimed to be from COVID-19. If there is no autopsy
then do not claim it is a COVID-19 death as there is no evidence to prove this. After all the PCR
test was never designed to test for COVID-19 and cannot prove any COVID-19. At most, it may
provide some information but then it is for a laboratory to deal with the swab and well
laboratories are not regulated to the proper cycles to be used and even if they were unless it is the
correct cycles it is useless whatever they come up with. As I wrote about previously, a California
laboratory checking 150 claimed COVID-19 cases found they were all INFLUENZA A or B, and
none of COVID-19.
* If there is no standard as to what constitution a “case” then what are the politicians and health
officials about citing all kinds of numbers?
**#** Because they are making fraudulent claims to exercise their dictatorship and the Victorian
Police for example lacks the brain to even ask the politicians and health officials what are they
talking about. So, they can pull over a motorist not wearing a proper seatbelt, such as one that
might be worn, and then refer to the seatbelt standards but with masks they simply haven’t got a
clue what they are on about, and in the process causing self harm to have a mask on their face
that could be containing “black fungus”, graphene, little black worms, bacteria, asbestos and
other dangerous items.
No more the nonsense that “the benefits outweigh the risk” (such as I understand TGA John
Skerritt is parroting). Let them have and prove based on proper scientific evidence that “the
benefits outweighs the risk”. In my view, any lack of proper scientific data is like selling snake
oil as some medication as charlatans do.

We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
