Explain: how you will perform the Flutter Kick? And Video your personal performace in
doing the flutter Kick with proper costume.

Legs are straightened and extended backwards in alignment with the body. They are
moved up and down, with one leg kicking downwards (in relation to the front of the
swimmer's body) while the other travels up. The knees are slightly bent to help in
kicking, but not too far so that the thighs do not cause too much drag when they move
out of the shadow of the swimmer's body. Toes are pointed in the same way to reduce
drag.
The downward moving leg provides the thrust. An integral part of the kick is the flexing
of the ankles; it is the flexing of the ankle that allows the foot to provide thrust. The
knees are not kept rigid when kicking but are allowed to flex slightly to allow the
required "snapping" action through the end of the toes.
