48-24 hrs: Rs. 2,500/- , per passenger per segment
24-2 hrs: Rs. 3,000/- , per passenger per segment
Cancellation within 2hours of scheduled departure or failure to check-in for a TruJet flight at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time will result in the fare being
forfeited.
Infants: Cancelation fee applicable for infants will be Nil.

Important Note

identification – Driving License, Voters ID, PAN Card, Passport, School ID and Birth Certificate for Infants (children below 2 years as on date of travel)
Check-in starts 2 hours before scheduled departure, and closes 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are requested to report at least 2 hours prior to scheduled
departure time, at the TruJet Check-in counters. If the passenger fails to arrive in time at Carrier’s check-in location or boarding gate or appears improperly documented and not
ready to travel, the Carrier may cancel the space reserved for the passenger and will not delay the flight. The Carrier is not liable to the passenger for loss or expense due to the
passenger’s failure to comply with the provisions of this clause
In order to maintain schedules, the boarding gate will be closed 20 minutes prior to the departure time. Passenger must be present at the boarding gate not later than the time
specified by TruJet at the time of check in or any subsequent announcements made at the airport.
Passenger failing to report at the boarding within the aforesaid timelines shall be treated as a “Gate No Show” and the Ticket amount for such booking shall be forfeited by TruJet.
Passengers are, however, entitled to a refund of the Government and Airport Fees and/or Taxes (if applicable).
Passenger may carry a maximum of one piece of cabin Baggage, as defined by BCAS guidelines, with an additional restriction of maximum weight of one piece of 7 kg, not to exceed
50cm + 45cm + 20cm (Total 115 cm). 8.4 For passengers connecting from/to an international flight (of any other carrier) within 24 hours of their TruJet flight, on production of
itinerary and/or boarding pass of their international flight, will be allowed economy Baggage allowance of their international flight or 15 Kg whichever is lower. Infants will not get
any additional allowance.
TruJet request its passengers to provide a valid mobile phone number while making a booking in order to enable us in sending information regarding change / cancellation of flights
either by SMS or Call.
Duplicate Itinerary will attract an additional fee of Rs. 100 per print-out at our airport counters.
Credit / Debit card (issued in India or abroad) if used to purchase this ticket needs to be produced at the time of check-in
If the holder of the credit / debit card is not the passenger, then the passenger needs to produce
a. A photocopy of both sides of the credit card, which will have to be self-attested by the credit card holder authorizing the use of the credit card for the purchase of the ticket. For
security reasons, please strike out the Card Verification Value (CVV) code on the copy of your credit card.
b. This photocopy should also contain the name of the passenger, the date of journey and the sector on which the journey is made. The above document MUST be produced at the
time of check-in.
