PROPOSAL LETTER

November 9, 2020

Maam Russelle,
Good Day!
Thank you for the opportunity to consult on some of the challenges facing your
company. My goal is to help get your company to provide a Company Rules and
Regulations as the basis of company’s disciplinary procedure. You are already
aware of my background as HR and labor practioner of more than 11 years.

SUMMARY OF C O N S U LT A NCY

As HR Consultant of the company, I shall provide the following:


1. I shall provide the CORPORATION the following services which shall
include but not limited to the following:
a. To settle Department of Labor and Employment requirements, such
as termination of employment, registration of company in DOLE
Rule 1020, establishment of DOLE required policies and HR
practice updates, alignment of mandatory benefits, and
employment contracts.
b. To establishment of Policies that is required by DOLE, and guide
the company for the needed documents to be submitted in DOLE
offices for compliance under health and safety protocols.

2. To establish the CORPORATION a Company rules and regulations that


is fit to the nature of the company.
3. To immediately inform the CORPORATION regarding any and all
inquiries or offer for employment similar to this Agreement which he
may have received at any time, during the effectivity of this Contract;
4. Assist in the implementation of correct termination procedure based on
existing Philippine labor laws
5. To provide other needed requirements of the company as provided by
the company.
Terms and Conditions:

1. That I agree and obliges myself to immediately and promptly


respond/reply to any instructions, communications and/or
message(s) sent by the CORPORATION relative to my
assignments;
2. That I shall, unless a prior schedule has been made, make himself
available in cases of project visitation on any concern or matter that
needs the assistance of the CONSULTANT /and such other
activities in line with his engagement as a CONSULTANT of the
CORPORATION;
3. During the effectivity of this Contract, the CONSULTANT is allowed
himself to be hired/engaged as a CONSULTANT by another person,
partnership, corporation or such other legal entity or personally
engaged in a business similar to and/or in direct or indirect
competition with the CORPORATION.
4. The Consultant has the right to perform Services for others during
the term of this Agreement;
5. The Consultant has the sole right to control and direct the means,
manner, and method by which the Services required under this
Agreement will be performed; Consultant shall select the routes
taken, starting and ending times, days of work, and order the work
that performed;
6. The Consultant shall not be required by the Client to devote full-time
to the performance of the Services required by this Agreement and
shall perform his duties in a home based manner and shall be in
communication thru email and thru his contact number.

Term of Contract:
3 years (renewable after the expiration of the contract)

Consideration:
For the services rendered, the CONSULTANT shall be entitled to a Consultant’s
Fee of Php 12,000.00 per month and entitled for reimbursement of expenses
such as gasoline, meals and documents during the service period and any other
expenses in connection with the Services provided.

Hoping that you will agree with my proposal, if in case that you have a counter offer you
may propose such offer and I will review on this matter.
