Dear Mr. DeSibio:
This correspondence is in furtherance of our letter of April 5, 2021 and our secent
telephone conversation, The Town has received an appraisal of the subject property and is prepared
to enter into the Contract of Sale in order to purchase the property. The purchase price would be
$4,400,000.
Said Contract would be subject to the approval of the Town Board, the Town
obtaining a Title report indicating that marketable title can be transferred by your client, as well as,
the usual and customary conditions of property transactions in Nassau County. This would be an
“all cash deal” with no mortgage. The Town anticipates closing expeditiously.
