The purchase price would be $4,400,000. Said Contract would be subject to the approval of the Town Board, the Town obtaining a Title report indicating that marketable title can be transferred by your client, as well as, the usual and customary conditions of property transactions in Nassau County. This would be an “all cash deal” with no mortgage. The Town anticipates closing expeditiously.
