What happens when you combine exercise and the brain? This time of pandemic our lifestyle is
very poor and it affects our health. Exercise help us to make our body stronger, maintain good
health and mental health .
Most people are aware that daily exercise has many benefits, including lowering the risk of
stroke and heart disease, lowering high blood pressure, maintaining bone strength, reducing the
risk of diabetes, helping to prevent and control diabetes, improving depression symptoms,
reducing arthritis pain, and lowering the risk of falling. There are now many more opportunities
to work out if that isn't enough.
On Monday to Friday we can do this following exercises. First is jumping jacks, it’s like most
cardio workouts, jumping jacks, like most aerobic exercises, are good for the heart. It regulates
your heart rate, improves blood supply in the body, reduces and manages blood pressure, aids in
the reduction of bad cholesterol levels in the body, and prevents strokes and heart attacks. Next is
pushups this is the excellent way to strengthen the upper body. The triceps, pectoral muscles, and
shoulders are all worked out. They can also strengthen the lower back and heart by engaging the
abdominal muscles when performed correctly. Pushups are a fast and efficient strength-building
exercise.
The Government and World Health Organization stated that everyone should do at least 150 -
300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity, or at least 75 - 150 minutes of
vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and
vigorous-intensity activity throughout the week.
These factors highlight the importance of finding a workout you enjoy doing alone, with a friend,
or as part of a team and making a commitment to yourself so you can enjoy the benefits of
physical activity.
