Above the CPU operates motor & pump and closes valve 1, 2 and operates.
During pressuring, it reads pulse from artery delivered through hose & cuff, and
measures systolic/diastolic/average blood pressure. The result of measurement is
delivered through serial I/O. NIBP module is designed to read again or stop
reading when cuff is not in the right position or air leakage, and so on.

* Detach GROUND CABLE which is fixed at FRONT ASS’Y with SCREW(M3*8 1EA).
* Remove FRONT ASS’Y.

* Fix NEW BATTERY at the Battery upper bracket following arrow direction as picture.
* Push the BATTERY CABLE through MIDDLE BRACKET as the direction of picture,
take the position of back side of MIDDLE BRACKET.

8) Unfasten SCREW fix battery upper bracket use screw driver to the arrow
direction.
9) At middle bracket, Pull battery from upper bracket to the arrow direction .

10) Detach BATTERY CABLE which is connected with battery upper bracket .
11) Fix BATTERY and NEW BATTERY at the BATTERY UPPER BRACKET
following arrow direction as picture.

13) Push the BATTERY CABLE through MIDDLE BRACKET as the direction of
picture, take the position of back side of MIDDLE BRACKET.
14) Push Battery upper bracket as arrow( ) direction. Fix it completely by using
screwdriver.

22) Push REAR BRACKET ASS’Y which ECG BOARD is fixed to the arrow
direction(Inside of REAR CASE).
1.{Each CABLE(SPEAKER CABLE, SIDE TO ECG, SIDE TO IBP, SIDE TO
TEMP, POWER TO ECG, POWER TO SpO2 CABLE, GROUND CABLE)
shall not be oppressed between REAR CASE and REAR BRACKET
ASS’Y.}
2. LAN JACK of REAR BOARD shall be fixed at HOLE of REAR CASE when
fixing REAR BRACKET ASS’Y with REAR CASE.
23) Fix each CABLE (ECG TO SIDE, IBP 1, 2 TO SIDE, SpO2 TO SIDE, TEMP 1,
2 TO SIDE)
to SIDE ASS’Y

24) At rear side of REAR CASE, place CONNECTOR of REAR B/D as picture.
Fix with SCREW M3*10F 1EA and electric screw driver at NO. 1 at the
bottom side of REAR CASE When fixing NO. 2, push REAR BRACKET ASS’Y
to arrow direction until you can see the SCREW HOLE.
And fix with SCREW M3*10F 1EA and electric screw driver.
Fix with SCREW M3*10F 2EA and electric screw driver at NO. 3, and 4.

32) Check up the display of ECG, SpO2, NIBP version by pushing SCREEN
BUTTON two times.(If there is no display of each version, it may be due
to the wrong assembly. Please check the procedure and do the
assembly again.)

10) Detach the LCD BRACKET ASS’Y from FRONT CASE ASS’Y.
11) Detach MAIN TO LCD CONTROL CABLE which is connected with main board.
12) Detach LCD CABLE which is connected with driver board
① Lower the LOCK(at tge LCD cable connector on the driver board) device following
the arrow( ) direction. Handle it with care not to break the LOCK.
② Detach the LCD CABLE like the photo

15) Insert LCD CABLE of NEW LCD MODULE to the LCD BRACKET as picture.
16) Insert LCD INVERTER CABLE to the LCD BRACKET as picture.
