Project scope:

Accelerated aging is testing that uses aggravated conditions of heat, humidity,

oxygen, sunlight, vibration, etc. to speed up the normal aging processes of items. It
is used to help determine the long-term effects of expected levels of stress within a
shorter time, usually in a laboratory by controlled standard test methods. The
objective of our project is to make things easier fr engineers before installing
insulators for wire they would already know the lifespan of it.

Milestone of our project was that we needed sophisticated lab to make samples of
some insulators. We made a really good proposal and HMC sponsored their labs to
us.

Technical requirements not only include a sophisticated lab but also the selection
of nano particles. We took help from our supervisor he was kind enough to give us
some of the research papers which is a great support for us.

We also wanted to add some additional features i.e. for gaseous insulation as well
but we have been limited to liquid and solids for now as it involves a lot of
complexities.

We have researched about the demand of this project and it turned out that many
renowned companies and looking forward for our project. Its success relies on the
product’s results of course. After testing our product would be launched properly
in market
