 ‫اﺳ َﺘﻐْﻔﺮ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟْﻌﻈﻴﻢ ا ﱠﻟﺬِي ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ‬
3X ‫اﻻ ﻫﻮ اﻟْﺤ ا ْﻟﻘَﻴﻮم واﺗُﻮب اﻟَﻴﻪ‬
Whoever says this thrice, Allah shall forgive his sins even if he had fled from
the battle field.

3X ‫ﺷ ءﻓ‬ َ ‫ﺑِﺴﻢ اﻟ ﻪ ا ﱠﻟﺬِي ﻻ ﻳﻀﺮ ﻣﻊ اﺳﻤﻪ‬

‫اﻻَرض وﻻ ﻓ اﻟﺴﻤﺎء وﻫﻮ اﻟﺴﻤﻴﻊ اﻟْﻌﻠﻴﻢ‬
Whoever says it thrice in the morning & evening nothing will harm him.

3X ِ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﺟِﺮﻧ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﱠﺎر‬

Whoever seeks protection from Hell three times, Hell will say:
'O Allah, protect him from the Fire.'

3X ‫ﺧﻠَﻖ‬
َ ‫ت ﻣﻦ ﺷ َِﺮ ﻣﺎ‬
ِ ‫ت اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺘﱠﺎﻣﺎ‬
ِ ‫اﻋﻮ ُذ ﺑِ ﻠﻤﺎ‬
Whoever says it thrice, nothing shall harm him, If Allah wills.

3X ‫رﺿﻴﺖ ﺑﺎﻟ ﻪ رﺑﺎ وﺑِﺎﻹﺳ َ م دِﻳﻨًﺎ وﺑِﻤﺤﻤ ٍﺪ ﱠﻧﺒِﻴﺎ‬

Allah has promised that anyone who says this three times every
morning or evening will be pleased on the Day of Resurrection.

‫ﺣﺴﺒِﻲ اﻟ ﻪ ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻠَﻴﻪ‬

7X
‫ﺗَﻮﻛﻠْﺖ وﻫﻮ رب اﻟْﻌﺮش اﻟْﻌﻈﻴﻢ‬
Allah will grant whoever recites this seven times in the morning
or evening whatever he desires from this world or the next.

 ‫‪1X‬‬ ‫ﺧ َﻠﻘْﺘَﻨ ‪ ،‬واﻧَﺎ ﻋﺒ ُﺪكَ‪،‬‬
‫اﻟٰﻪ ا اﻧْﺖ‪َ ،‬‬ ‫اَﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧْﺖ رﺑِﻲ‪،‬‬
‫ﻚ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ك ووﻋ ِﺪكَ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ اﺳﺘَﻄَﻌﺖ‪ ،‬اﻋﻮ ُذ ِﺑ َ‬
‫واﻧَﺎ ﻋ َﻠ ﻋﻬ ِﺪ َ‬
‫ﻚ ﻋ َﻠ واﺑﻮء َﻟﻚَ‬
‫ﻚ ﺑِﻨﻌﻤﺘ َ‬
‫ﺷ َِﺮ ﻣﺎ ﺻﻨَﻌﺖ‪ ،‬اﺑﻮء َﻟ َ‬
‫ﻳﻐْﻔﺮ اَﻟﺬﱡﻧُﻮب ا اﻧْﺖ‬ ‫ِﺑﺬَ ْﻧﺒِﻲ‪ ،‬ﻓَﺎﻏْﻔﺮ ﻟ ; ﻓَﺎﻧﱠﻪ‬
‫‪Who so ever recites it during the day/night with firm faith in it, and dies‬‬
‫‪on the same day before the evening/ morning he will be from the‬‬
‫‪people of Paradise.‬‬

‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ ﺑِﻚَ اﺻﺒﺤﻨَﺎ وﺑِﻚَ اﻣﺴﻴﻨَﺎ وﺑِﻚَ ﻧَﺤﻴﺎ وﺑِﻚَ ﻧَﻤﻮت واﻟَﻴﻚَ اﻟْﻤﺼﻴﺮ‬
‫)‪(Morning‬‬

‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ ﺑِﻚَ اﻣﺴﻴﻨَﺎ وﺑِﻚَ اﺻﺒﺤﻨَﺎ وﺑِﻚَ ﻧَﺤﻴﺎ وﺑِﻚَ ﻧَﻤﻮت واﻟَﻴﻚَ اﻟﻨﱡﺸُﻮر‬
‫)‪(Evening‬‬

‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻓﻨ ﻓ ﺑﺪَﻧ ‪ ،‬اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻓﻨ ﻓ ﺳﻤﻌ ‪ ،‬اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ‬

‫‪3X‬‬
‫ﻋﺎﻓﻨ ﻓ ﺑﺼﺮِي‪ ،‬ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ اﻧْﺖ‬
‫ﻚ ﻣﻦ اﻟْ ْﻔ ِﺮ وا ْﻟ َﻔ ْﻘﺮِ‪ ،‬اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﻋﻮذُ‬
‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﻋﻮ ُذ ِﺑ َ‬
‫ب ا ْﻟﻘَﺒﺮِ‪ ،‬ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ اﻧْﺖ‬
‫ﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺬَا ِ‬
‫ِﺑ َ‬

‫‪3X‬‬ ‫ﻚ ﻣﻦ اﻟْﻬﻢ واﻟْﺤﺰنِ‪ ،‬واﻟْﻌﺠ ِﺰ واﻟْ ﺴﻞ‪،‬‬

‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﻋﻮ ُذ ِﺑ َ‬
‫ﻏﻠَﺒﺔ اﻟﺮِﺟﺎلِ‬
‫واﻟْﺠﺒﻦ واﻟْﺒﺨْﻞ وﺿﻠَﻊ اﻟﺪﱠﻳﻦ‪ ،‬و َ‬
‫‪Dua from protection against worry, grief, laziness, miserliness,‬‬
‫‪cowardice, difficult debt and being overpowered by men.‬‬

 ‫‪1X‬‬ ‫ﺧﺬُه ﺳﻨَ ٌﺔ وﻻ ﻧَﻮم ﻟَﻪ ﻣﺎ‬
‫اﻟ ﻪ ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ ﻫﻮ اﻟْﺤ ا ْﻟﻘَﻴﻮم ﻻ ﺗَﺎ ُ‬
‫ﺸﻔَﻊ ﻋ ْﻨﺪَه اﻻ‬
‫ت وﻣﺎ ﻓ اﻻرض ﻣﻦ ذَا ا ﱠﻟﺬِي ﻳ ْ‬
‫ﻓ اﻟﺴﻤﺎوا ِ‬
‫ﺸ ء‬
‫ن ِﺑ َ‬
‫ﺧ ْﻠﻔَﻬﻢ وﻻ ﻳﺤﻴﻄُﻮ َ‬
‫ﺑِﺎذْﻧﻪ ﻳﻌﻠَﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻳﺪِﻳﻬِﻢ وﻣﺎ َ‬
‫ت واﻻرض وﻻ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﻋﻠْﻤﻪ اﻻ ﺑِﻤﺎ ﺷَﺎء وﺳﻊ ﻛﺮﺳﻴﻪ اﻟﺴﻤﯜ ِ‬
‫ﻳﯩﻮده ﺣﻔْﻈُﻬﻤﺎ وﻫﻮ اﻟْﻌﻠ اﻟْﻌﻈﻴﻢ‬
‫‪1X‬‬
‫ﺣﻢ * ﺗَﻨﺰِﻳﻞ ٱﻟْ ﺘَـٰﺐِ ﻣﻦ ٱﻟ ﻪ ٱﻟْﻌﺰِﻳﺰِ ٱﻟْﻌﻠﻴﻢ* ﻏَﺎﻓﺮِ ٱﻟﺬﱠﻧﺐِ وﻗَﺎﺑِﻞ‬
‫اﻟٰﻪ ا ﻫﻮ ۖ اﻟَﻴﻪ ٱﻟْﻤﺼﻴﺮ*‬ ‫ٱﻟﺘﱠﻮبِ ﺷَﺪِﻳﺪِ ٱﻟْﻌﻘَﺎبِ ذِى ٱﻟﻄﱠﻮلِ ۖ‬
‫‪A person who recites the Ayahtul Kursi and the first three verses of‬‬
‫‪Surah Al-Mu'min early during the day, he will, on that day, remain safe‬‬
‫‪from everything bad and painful.‬‬

‫ﺑﺴﻢ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ‬

‫ﻗُﻞ ﻫﻮ اﻟ ﻪ اﺣ ٌﺪ * اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺼﻤ ُﺪ * ﻟَﻢ ﻳﻠ ْﺪ وﻟَﻢ ﻳﻮ َﻟ ْﺪ * وﻟَﻢ ﻳ ﻦ ﻟﱠﻪ ﻛﻔُﻮ ًا اﺣﺪٌ * ‪3X‬‬
‫ﺑﺴﻢ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ‬
‫ﺧﻠَﻖ * وﻣﻦ ﺷ َِﺮ ﻏَﺎﺳﻖ اذَا وﻗَﺐ *‬
‫* ﻗُﻞ اﻋﻮ ُذ ﺑِﺮبِ ا ْﻟ َﻔﻠَﻖ * ﻣﻦ ﺷَﺮِ ﻣﺎ َ‬
‫‪3X‬‬ ‫ت ﻓ اﻟْﻌ َﻘ ِﺪ * وﻣﻦ ﺷَﺮِ ﺣﺎﺳ ٍﺪ اذَا ﺣﺴﺪَ*‬
‫وﻣﻦ ﺷ َِﺮ اﻟ ﱠﻨﻔﱠﺎﺛَﺎ ِ‬

‫ﺑﺴﻢ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ‬

‫ﺨﻨﱠﺎس*‬
‫ﻚ اﻟﻨﱠﺎس* اﻟٰﻪ اﻟﻨﱠﺎس * ﻣﻦ ﺷَﺮِ اﻟْﻮﺳﻮاس ا ْﻟ َ‬
‫ِﺮب اﻟﻨﱠﺎس * ﻣﻠ ِ‬
‫ﻗُﻞ اﻋﻮ ُذ ﺑ ِ‬
‫‪3X‬‬ ‫ﺠﻨﱠﺔ واﻟﻨﱠﺎس*‬
‫ا ﱠﻟﺬِي ﻳﻮﺳﻮِس ﻓ ﺻﺪُو ِر اﻟﻨﱠﺎس * ﻣﻦ ا ْﻟ ِ‬

‫‪Whoever recites these three times in the morning and in the evening,‬‬
‫‪they will suffice him (as a protection) against everything.‬‬

 ‫‪3X‬‬ ‫اﻋﻮذُ ﺑِﺎﻟ ﻪ اﻟﺴﻤﻴﻊ اﻟْﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﱠﻴﻄَﺎنِ اﻟﺮﺟِﻴﻢ‬
‫ﻫﻮ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﱠﺬِي ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ ﻫﻮ ﻋﺎﻟﻢ اﻟْﻐَﻴﺐِ واﻟﺸﱠﻬﺎدة ﻫﻮ اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ*‬
‫ﻫﻮ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟﱠﺬِي ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ ﻫﻮ اﻟْﻤﻠﻚُ اﻟْﻘُﺪﱡوس اﻟﺴﻼم اﻟْﻤﻮﻣﻦ‬
‫‪1X‬‬ ‫اﻟْﻤﻬﻴﻤﻦ اﻟْﻌﺰِﻳﺰ اﻟْﺠﺒﺎر اﻟْﻤﺘَﻜﺒِﺮ ﺳﺒﺤﺎنَ اﻟ ﻪ ﻋﻤﺎ ﻳﺸْﺮِﻛﻮنَ *‬
‫ﻫﻮ اﻟ ﻪ اﻟْﺨَﺎﻟﻖ اﻟْﺒﺎرِى اﻟْﻤﺼﻮِر ﻟَﻪ ا ﺳﻤﺎء اﻟْﺤﺴﻨَ ﻳﺴﺒﺢ‬
‫ﻟَﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻓ اﻟﺴﻤﺎواتِ وا رض وﻫﻮ اﻟْﻌﺰِﻳﺰ اﻟْﺤ ﻴﻢ *‬
‫‪Allah appoints 70, 000 angels who pray for Divine mercy for anyone who‬‬
‫‪recites taa'wuz thrice and the last three verses of Surah Al-Hashr. If he dies‬‬
‫‪the same day, he will attain the status of a martyr. If a person recites the‬‬
‫‪same solemn words in the evening, he will attain the same status.‬‬

‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﺻﺒﺤﺖ اﺷْﻬِﺪُكَ واﺷْﻬِﺪُ ﺣﻤﻠَﺔَ ﻋﺮﺷﻚَ‬

‫‪4X‬‬
‫وﻣﻼﺋﻜﺘَﻚَ وﺟﻤﻴﻊ ﺧَﻠْﻘﻚَ اﻧﱠﻚَ اﻧْﺖ اﻟ ﻪ ﻻ اﻟٰﻪ اﻻ اﻧْﺖ‬
‫وﺣﺪَكَ ﻻ ﺷَﺮِﻳﻚَ ﻟَﻚَ وانﱠ ﻣﺤﻤﺪًا ﻋﺒﺪُكَ ورﺳﻮﻟُﻚَ‬
‫‪Allah will spare whoever says this four times in‬‬
‫‪the morning or evening from the fire of Hell.‬‬

‫اﻟٰﻪ ا اﻧْﺖ‪ ،‬ﻋﻠَﻴﻚَ ﺗَﻮﻛﻠْﺖ‪ ،‬واﻧْﺖ رب اﻟْﻌﺮش‬ ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧْﺖ رﺑِﻲ‬

‫ﺣﻮل و ﻗُﻮةَ ا‬ ‫اﻟْﻌﻈﻴﻢ‪ ،‬ﻣﺎ ﺷَﺎء اﻟ ﻪ ﻛﺎنَ وﻣﺎ ﻟَﻢ ﻳﺸَﺎ ﻟَﻢ ﻳ ﻦ‪،‬‬
‫ﺑِﺎﻟ ﻪ اﻟْﻌﻠ اﻟْﻌﻈﻴﻢ‪ ،‬اﻋﻠَﻢ انﱠ اﻟ ﻪ ﻋﻠَ ﻛﻞ ﺷَ ء ﻗَﺪِﻳﺮ‪ ،‬وانﱠ اﻟ ﻪ ﻗَﺪْ ‪1X‬‬
‫اﺣﺎطَ ﺑِ ﻞ ﺷَ ء ﻋﻠْﻤﺎ‪ ،‬اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﻋﻮذُ ﺑِﻚَ ﻣﻦ ﺷَﺮِ ﻧَﻔْﺴ ‪ ،‬وﻣﻦ ﺷَﺮِ‬
‫ﻛﻞ داﺑﺔ اﻧْﺖ آﺧﺬٌ ﺑِﻨَﺎﺻﻴﺘﻬﺎ انﱠ رﺑِﻲ ﻋﻠَ ﺻﺮاط ﻣﺴﺘَﻘﻴﻢ‬
‫‪A very powerful dua for safety.‬‬

 1X ‫ن وﺣﻴﻦ ﺗُﺼﺒِﺤﻮنَ ًوﻟَﻪ‬
َ ‫ن اﻟ ﻪ ﺣﻴﻦ ﺗُﻤﺴﻮ‬
َ ‫ﻓَﺴﺒﺤﺎ‬
‫ت وا رض وﻋﺸﻴﺎ وﺣﻴﻦ‬
ِ ‫اﻟْﺤﻤ ُﺪ ﻓ اﻟﺴﻤﺎوا‬
‫ﺖ وﻳﺨْﺮج اﻟْﻤﻴِﺖ ﻣﻦ‬
ِ ِ‫ن ﻳﺨْﺮج اﻟْﺤ ﻣﻦ اﻟْﻤﻴ‬
َ ‫ﻈﻬِﺮو‬
ْ ُ‫ﺗ‬
َ‫ﻚ ُﺗﺨْﺮﺟﻮن‬
َ ‫اﻟْﺤ وﻳﺤﻴِﻲ ا رض ﺑﻌ َﺪ ﻣﻮﺗﻬﺎ وﻛﺬَﻟ‬
If anyone says this in the morning/evening , it shall compensate
for the Azkaar he has missed.

10X ‫ﺳﻴﺪِﻧ َﺎ ﻣﺤﻤ ٍﺪ وﻋﻠ آﻟﻪ‬

ِ ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ ﺻﻞ ﻋ َﻠ‬
‫واﺻﺤﺎﺑِﻪ و ﺑﺎرِك وﺳﻠّﻢ‬
The Prophet ؐ said: "Whoever recites blessings upon me ten
times in the morning and ten times in the evening will obtain
my intercession on the Day of Resurrection."

1X ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﺳﺎ ُﻟﻚَ اﻟْﻌﺎﻓﻴ َﺔ ﻓ اﻟﺪﱡﻧْﻴﺎ واﻵﺧﺮة‬

‫ﻚ اﻟْﻌﻔْﻮ واﻟْﻌﺎﻓﻴ َﺔ ﻓ دِﻳﻨ ودﻧْﻴﺎى واﻫﻠ وﻣﺎﻟ‬
َ ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﺳﺎ ُﻟ‬
‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﺳﺘُﺮ ﻋﻮرﺗ وآﻣﻦ روﻋﺎﺗ‬
‫ﺧﻠْﻔ وﻋﻦ ﻳﻤﻴﻨ وﻋﻦ‬
َ ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﺣﻔَﻈْﻨ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻳﺪَى وﻣﻦ‬
‫ن اﻏْﺘَﺎل ﻣﻦ ﺗَﺤﺘ‬
ْ ‫ﻚا‬
َ ‫ﺷﻤﺎﻟ وﻣﻦ ﻓَﻮﻗ واﻋﻮ ُذ ﺑِﻌﻈَﻤﺘ‬
The Messenger of Allah ؐ never failed to utter these supplications
in the evening and in the morning.

 ، ‫ اﺻﻠـﺢ ﻟ‬،‫ﻚ اﺳﺘَـﻐـﻴﺚ‬
َ ‫ﻳﺎ ﺣـ ﻳﺎ ﻗَﻴـﻮم ﺑِـﺮﺣﻤـﺘ‬

‫ﺷَـﺎﻧ ِـ ﻛﻠﱠـﻪ وﻻ ﺗَﻜﻠـﻨ اﻟ َﻧﻔْـﺴ ﻃَـﺮﻓَ َﺔ ﻋـﻴﻦ‬
The Prophet ؐ is reported to have taught his daughter Fatimah
to recite this supplication every morning and evening.

3X ،‫ ورِﺿـﺎ َﻧﻔْﺴـﻪ‬،‫ﺧﻠْـﻘﻪ‬
َ ‫ن اﻟ ﻪ وﺑِﺤﻤـﺪِه ﻋﺪَد‬
َ ‫ﺳﺒﺤـﺎ‬
ِ‫ وﻣـﺪاد ﻛﻠﻤـﺎﺗـﻪ‬، ‫وزِﻧَـ َﺔ ﻋـﺮﺷـﻪ‬
The Prophet ؐ said "I recited four words three times. If these are to be
weighed against all you have recited since morning, these will be heavier."

3X ‫ﻚ واﻧﺎ اﻋﻠَﻢ‬
َ ‫ك ِﺑ‬
َ ‫ﺷ ِﺮ‬
ْ ‫نا‬
ْ ‫ﻚا‬
َ ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻧّ اﻋﻮ ُذ ِﺑ‬
‫اﻋﻠَﻢ‬ ‫ك ﻟﻤﺎ‬
َ ‫واﺳﺘَﻐﻔﺮ‬
The Prophet ؐ said. "Shall I not teach you something which if you say
will eliminate minor or major (polytheism)?" He then said these words.

27X ‫ واﻟْﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ‬،ِ‫اﻟﻠﱣﻬﻢ اﻏْﻔﺮﻟ واﻟْﻤﻮﻣﻨﻴﻦ واﻟْﻤﻮﻣﻨَﺎت‬

ِ‫واﻟْﻤﺴﻠﻤﺎت‬
Whoever recites this 27 times, Allah Taa'la will grant them reward equal to all
the believers in this world. And whoever recites it 27 times every day, He will
make them Mustajabud da’wat (a person whose duas are accepted).

 Due to the importance of certain forms of
remembrance of Allah, we see that the Prophet ؐ
used to constantly repeat some supplications every
morning and every evening.

These supplications are often referred to as the

Morning and Evening Supplications,
or the Daily Adhkar.

One of the pious people said about these daily adhkar:

"The morning and evening supplications are

like a shield, the thicker it is, the more its
owner is protected. Rather, it’s strength can
reach a level where it will bounce the arrows
back at those who fire them at you."
