Please arrive at your departure location between 15-20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The buses only stop to pick up/drop off passengers in the different locations. It is not allowed to descent of the unit, with the only exception that
this is indicated by the bus driver.
Wi-Fi: RedCoach will make a reasonable effort to provide Wi-Fi. If the service is unavailable, refunds and/or compensation will not be provided.
IMPORTANT - Shuttle Service Remember shuttle services (from and to hotels, Cruise Terminals and Orlando Airport) are not provided by
RedCoach (Don't look for a red bus!). Services are provided by third party companies as follows:
- Orlando: ATA
- Miami: WA Shuttle NY
Shuttle Service The shuttle service does not provide reservation of seats, the allocation of these will be done at the time of boarding.
The shuttle service will wait outside of the hotel lobby, please make sure to be there at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
Miami Cruise Terminal: Once you have left the cruise, you must contact the Shuttle company (WA Shuttle NY) at 786-540-9364 in order to
arrange your pick up. The following number is available for WhatsApp messages: 305-725-8972.
Web Fare Tickets Cannot be transferred. Cancellation must be requested up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. Changes must be
requested up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. If the ticket is changed, service fee & price difference may apply. Will add RedRiders
Points (if registered to the program). Can be combined with other discounts. If the ticket is refunded, 50% service fee will be applied.
Standard Fare Tickets Cannot be transferred. Cancellation must be requested up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. Changes must be
requested up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. If the ticket is changed service fee & price difference may apply. Will add RedRiders
Points (if registered to the program). Can be combined with other discounts. If the ticket is Refunded (30% service fee will be applied).
Flexible Fare Tickets Cannot be transferred. Cancellations can be requested up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. Changes must be
