8. Mô tả vắn tắt nội dung học phần (Course description):
In a competitive world today, managers need to have good knowledge, skills and and
abilities to manage employees effectively in their organization. This course will
provide students knowledge of Introduction to Organizational Behavior such that:

 Organizational behavior and culture.


 Foundations of individual behavior; Values, attitudes, and Job Satisfaction;
 Motivation;
 Job design: range, depth and relationships.
The course also provides students management skills so that they can become
successful managers in any organization.

After completing the Marketing Research course, students will meet the following
standards:
