Welcome to English Law Week 2015
On behalf of the Bar Council and Law Society of England and Wales, the Federal Chamber
of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Chamber of Advocates, the St Petersburg
Chamber of Advocates, the British Russian Law Association, the Anglo-Russian Law Association,
UK Trade and Investment and the British Embassy Moscow we welcome you to the third English
Law Week in Moscow.

We believe that, given the increasing amount of legal business transacted between Russia and
England, it is of enormous benefit for our jurisdictions to have regular bilateral events for leading
practitioners of commercial law, strengthening both legal learning as well as professional and
personal relationships. English Law Week in Moscow alternates year on year with its twin event,
Russian Law Week, which will take place in London in 2016.
