This Hydraulic breaker Operator's Handbook’ includes basic information
to operate and maintain the EVERDIGM breaker correctly.
Please look over this Handbook carefully before operating EVERDIGM
breaker, and follow the guideline to preserve your equipments from
unexpected failure caused by neglecting proper operation and maintenance.

NL etBefore using breaker, plaese warm up the breaker and excavator.
The hydraulic breaker and excavator may not be operated properly
in a low oil temperature.

Do not press the hammer excessively. It can cause damages on the
excavator and breaker.

Teena LT etOperation on one point should be limited
up to 15 seconds. If the object is not
broken within 15 seconds, please try
to move the breaking point near by
initial position.
The operating angle should be always perpendicular to the surface
of object. Wrong angled attack can cause the excessive wear and
breakage of bush and tool.

NL etFor the best working efficiency, move the impact point from the
edge to the center.
0 Never attempt to drop the breaker on an object being broken.
This kind of action can give damages on not only breaker
but also excavator

Teens J LT eeThe engine speed (rpm) or the flow controller of carrier should be
0 matched on the required oil flow range of the breaker. Too much oil
flow can cause excessive heat and wear of tool and bush.
Consult the proper rpm range to EVERDIGM Attachment local dealer.

Lever action is always prohibited. Excessive bending stress can cause
a failure on the tool and bush.

of breaker immediately if the object is broken. Blank blow can increase
the wear of pins and chisel and can cause damage on front head.

Never use the breaker under water without underwater kit. To operate
the breaker underwater, please consult EVERDIGM attachment local
Pay attention to the hammer on
the tunneling job. Fallen rock can
cause damage on excavator and
injury to operator. In case of tunneling
job. cab protector is required for
safety.

Oil temperature should not exceed 90°C (Celsius). In summer or
tropical climates, additional oil cooler is highly recommended to
protect inner parts of hydraulic breaker and excavator.
In winter season or cold climate countries, please warm up the oil
temperture before operating excavator.

If there is abnormal vibration on the in-line hose, please check the
accumulator gas pressure. If the gas could not be recharged, please
consult it to your EVERDIGM attachment dealer.
If there is abnormal vibrations*on out-line, please check the back
pressure, and if required, please reduce the back pressure.

(1) Every 2 hours operation - Greasi
0 1 Supply grease every 2 hour operation.
Grease should be injected until it visibly exits around the front bush.
If the breaker equis auto grease kit, consumed grease quantity
should be checked regulary.
If the auto grease kit can not supply enough lubrication on bush and
chisel, the grease should be supplied to manual grease port every
2 hour operation until the auto grease kit being repaired.

Wear status of chisel, bush and chisel pin
should be checked regulary, and if requires,
those parts should be replaced with genuine
EVERDIGM parts.
Excessive wear of bush and chisel can
cause chisel head and piston damage.
