 Ensure that all patients are safe and observed every 15 minutes
while awake and asleep.
 Follow treatment plan and schedule, facility has created for the
patients to create structure and stability.
 Ensure that all rooms and care kits are free of self-harm items
and are safe for all patients.
 Record and file all vital signs and report sheets in patient’s
charts.
 Keep up with all patient’s medications and ensure that all was the correct dosage,
per doctor orders.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, SIX PACK FITNESS
 Review Customer Service “tickets” in Zendesk (email) and advise Fulfillment/
Shipping teams if any orders that should be held, pending resolution of the
customer’s issue.
 Investigate and respond to customer’s questions, concerns and issues (via
Zendesk email or via phone) in a timely and courteous manner.
 Monitor Six Pack Bags website for negative customer reviews. Reach out to those
customers and resolve issues.
 Prepare custom orders using Shopify to resolve customer service tickets for
missing items or warranty replacements.
 Prepare refunds or exchanges for customers once products have been returned
and product has been reviewed and returned to Inventory/ Shipping Manager.
 Investigate and respond to “chargebacks” or customer refund requests filed with
PayPal or Amazon.
 Prepare Warranty Replacement report on a monthly basis.
 Answer all calls and take messages or route the call to the appropriate team
member.
