I. BUSINESS CONCEPT AND BUSINESS MODEL

Automotive trash bin is a business that gives the people another way of minimizing their
waste. We gather money for this business to continuously improve it as well. Automotive trash
bin is a machine use for shredding biodegradable and non-biodegradable garbage. The machine
will be sold to the people of the community.
They can avail the machine while the products that are shredded biodegradable waste will
be sold at low cost to the farmers for fertilizer. On the other hand, the shredded non-
biodegradable waste is for recycling that will be sold to the people who loves to craft recycled
materials.

Automotive trash bin offers a different way of disposing garbage that will surely help not only
the people who wants to minimize waste but as well as the farmers, who wants to avail low-cost
natural fertilizers.

BUSINESS JUSTIFICATION
Automotive trash bin assures the customers that they will buy something that is very useful to the
problem of the community in minimizing waste and also for the farmer’s natural fertilizers. The
automotive trash bin is requesting the customers to provide data to solve problems in business
field and make decisions for the improvement of the business.
II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Nowadays, one of the problems of the community is waste management. Waste
management relates to those material which are produce by human activity and is undertaken to
help reduce the effect of these to human health and to the environment. Automotive trash bin is a
simple machine that will benefit different kind of people in the community. The unique quality
of the product will surely satisfy them. The machine will help promote and ensure the effective
delivery of waste services and also increase customer’s awareness of waste minimization.
This automotive trash bin is not only because of earning money, we serve this kind of
product with genuine eagerness to provide customers and also the environment a good service.
We believe that our automotive machine will benefit everyone. We are not 100% sure that
everyone will like it but we still encourage everyone to try our product. This unique and
beneficial product will assure everyone that with a cheap price, and fast service that we provide,
they will benefit a lot.

Our automotive trash bin will only be completed and to make our business effective, we need
monetary or financial support from the members of this business plan. Each members must
contribute 200 pesos foe the needs of this business.

TECHNOLOGY PROCESS HOLDER

The technology/material tool and equipment to be used in our planes business are the marlins
metal plain sheet, motor, G1 pipe, angle bar, sprocket, chain, welding rod, labour/welding
machine, solid wire, stranded wire #14, switch and plug.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
We are the one who gives the people unique on different way of minimizing their waste that will
not only benefit them but as well as the environment. We are all working hand in hand, as a team
to bring the best service to our customers.

This product has a potential to secure our future and help our present day. This
automotive trash bin has uniqueness in terms of materials used. It will produce a product which
 will benefit not only the farmers but also the community people. As it attracts the naked eye of
each consumer to avail this one of a kind machine.
There are a lot of benefits that this machine offers first, it would help in minimizing
the waste products in the environment. Second, it will be a stepping stone for the organizations to
pursue their platforms on saving the environment and lastly, it promotes a natural and cheaper
price of fertilizer.

VIII. THE FINANCIAL FORECAST AND EXPECTED RETURNS, RISK AND

CONTIGENCIES
Each member of the group will contribute 200 pesos for the building of our machine and
contributing in buying 2 pcs of marlins metal, 1 pc plain sheet, 1 pc motor, 1 pc GI pipe, angle
bar, 1 pc sprocket, chain, 5 pcs welding rod, 2 pcs solid wire, 2 pcs standard wire #14, 1 pc
switch and 1 pc plug. We are composed of 35 members in the enterprise, we have an initial
capital of 7,000. 3,000 of the capital will be used to buy the motor while the remaining 4,000 will
be used for other needed materials.
We are selling our machine in the amount of 10,000 and the produced products which
are the fertilizers for 15 peso per kilo.

IX. ENVIRONMENTAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

 The created machine is eco-friendly as this helps the environment and contributes to the
organizations and their platforms. In today’s life we could not observe proper disposal of waste,
along the streets, facilities, schools and other public places. We will be using non-biodegradable
waste such as plastic papers and biodegradable waste like rotten vegetables and dry leaves that
are always present in our surrounding.
We strictly check and assess our product carefully to come up with a high quality
equipped machine. We also participate and contribute to the government programs in relation to
the environment specifically the 3R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). In enacted law of
“ECOLOGICAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT, Act of 2000” (Republic act 9003)
mandated the establishment of “Materials Recovery Facilities” by the local government units,
strengthening the enforcement and constitutionalizing of the principles of 3rs.

X. THE STRUCTURE AND FINANCIAL OFFERING RETURN & BENEFITS TO

INVESTORS, FINANCERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
 We have 7,000 pesos as an initial capital, 35 members will contribute 200 pesos each to
reach that amount. We are also open for business partners like retailers, they will benefit less
time consumed since we are the one who will produce and innovate the machine and their job is
just to sell & promote the product for future goals and effect of the management.
