POLARIZATION

WHAT DO WE USE POLARIZATION FOR?

A polarizer is a filter that lets light waves with specific

polarizations pass through while simultaneously blocking out
light waves of other polarizations.
Examples)
 Glasses lenses. Glasses allow you to see daily objects;
however, some glass lenses do not allow you to see glare
from computer screens to help with your vision if you
work an abundant amount with computers.
 Calculators. Polarization allows you to be able to see the
letters and numbers on calculator screens.
IS IT FOR
GOVERNMANT/PRIVATE/INDUSTRIAL USE?

I would say polarization is for industrial use since

companies that make lenses use it and so do businesses
that create objects using technology and polarization
that they sell to citizens daily. Cameras, glasses,
computers, iPhones, calculators, etc. are being bought as
we speak and numerous stores around the world.
WHAT IS THE TECH
INVOLVED?
An example of the tech
would be polarized glasses.
These glasses have a special
chemical added to them to
filter the light that you
see. only light rays that
approach your
eyes vertically can fit
through those openings. It
will make what you see a
little darker, but the images
will be clearer and crisper.
IS POLARIZATION COOL?
Polarization is super cool since it
allows you to see daily objects
without glare and lets you take
fun photos with your friends.
Thanks to polarization, your able
to solve extremely long math
problems in less than minutes.
