Lucifer

BOOK 2 : SCENE 1

Location: Hell (Kingdom of Fallen Angels)

(Scene starts with Lucifer standing on a high pedestal in the

Kingdom of Hell. The fallen angels are on the ground looking
up and listening to him. Satan is angry and yelling.)

LUCIFER
I know one of you did it! Who else
would have known Beelzebub well enough
to want to murder him? Don't just
stand there, give me answers!

MAMMON
Lucifer, with all due respect we are
innocent. We all live the same
miserable lives down here. None of us
have the energy to follow through with
a murder.

LUCIFER
I don't believe you. I think any of
you guys are capable of going through
with such a hideous action.

MAMMON
Not even Moloch would kill one of our
kind and he's always ready for any
situation involving violence.

MOLOCH
Thanks Mammon, but that was really
unnecessary. I don't see anything
wrong with wanting to go to war with
the group of angels who have made my
life miserable. If anything you're the
one who lacks energy to fight for our
right to a better life.

MAMMON
You saying that just proves how
unreasonable you are. We are talking
about The Father and his angels here!

MOLOCH
Just because The Father threatens us
with his all knowing personality and
ever lasting power doesn't mean we are

incapable of plotting around him.

MAMMON
Well since it's so easy let's see you
come up with a plan, Moloch.

LUCIFER
Okay! You both have one minute to shut
up, before you are escorted out by the
gatekeepers - Sin and Death.

(Mammon and Moloch look at each other in fear and not another
word comes out of their mouths.)

LUCIFER
I am going to trust the word of you
all, but if I find out any of you were
involved with the death of Beelzebub
you better hide. In the meantime, I
will be taking a trip to Heaven to
inspect the angels and figure out who
is behind the murder. Mammon, you are
in charge while I am gone.

(Lucifer begins his journey to the gates of Hell and the

characters Sin and Death are introduced.)

BOOK 2 : SCENE 2

Location: Gates of Hell

(Sin and Death see Lucifer approaching the gates of Hell and
are concerned by the look of stress on his face.)

SIN
Woah! Slow down, Lucifer. What's
wrong?

LUCIFER
Beelzebub was found dead just outside
of the Kingdom this morning. I already
questioned the other fallen angels,
but they all expressed their
innocence. I need you to help me get
to Heaven so I can inspect the angels
and discover who is behind all of
this.

DEATH
The angels would never let you into
Heaven are you crazy?

LUCIFER
I have my ways just please help me get
up there.

(Sin and Death look at each other with

doubt and Death gives Sin a head nudge
to help Lucifer.)

SIN
Okay, we'll help you. Whatever you do
do not make The Father angry. You know
how he gets when you fallen angels
step out of line.

(Sin creates a spiraled staircase leading up to Heaven for

Lucifer to walk up. Lucifer follows the instructions of Sin
and Death and stays hidden.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 1

Location: Gates of Heaven

(Lucifer arrives to the top of the staircase and the front of

Heaven is revealed. There are gates just like Hell that are
blocked by an Angel - Uriel.)

URIEL
(To Lucifer) Satan, you know you are
not allowed anywhere near these gates.
Step back!

LUCIFER
Oh, shut up.

BOOK 3 : SCENE 2

(At this moment Lucifer grabs Uriel by the head and uses his
power to see anyone's deepest secrets to find out what Uriel
knew about the murder of Beelzebub. The scene turns into a
flashback of the day the murder took place. The Father is
shown on a pedestal, looking down upon the other angels and
instructing them on their next moves.)

Location: Heaven (Kingdom of Angels)

THE FATHER
Hello everyone!

(All the angels in the Kingdom raise their arms up and begin
to cheer for the Father.)

THE FATHER
As you all may already know, today
marks the two year anniversary of
sending the fallen angels to Hell. I
think it is safe to say that we have
enjoyed ourselves much more without
them here in Heaven. What do you guys
think?

(Angels cheer in agreement.)

THE FATHER
I was up all night thinking about a
way for us to celebrate this glorious
day and I came to the idea of teasing
our dearest friend, Lucifer, just a
little more. We all know that he has
dealt with having nothing down there
in Hell, but what exactly would he do
if we decided to murder his right hand
angel, Beelzebub. He would simply be
horrified. Now the only question is,
who will be the lucky angel I send out
to fulfill this plan?

(Every angels' hand raises and The Father is seen looking

over the crowd to pick one.)

THE FATHER
Uriel! You have been chosen to follow
through with my plan of furthering
revenge on Satan.

URIEL
I am so honored. I will not let you
down. Please give me instructions on
how to properly fulfill your devious
plan.

THE FATHER
Tonight when the sun has fallen you
will become the official guard of the
gates of Heaven. This way you have
full access of coming in and out of
Heaven. When night has arrived you
will use the secret pathway I have
created into Hell so you can search
for the Kingdom of Fallen Angels. By
taking this path you will avoid
crossing paths with Sin and Death.

URIEL
You are the most intelligent of them
all, Father. I will follow your
instructions step by step and murder
the one and only Beelzebub. Lucifer
will never know what hit him.

THE FATHER
That is what I like to hear. I know
you will not disappoint. Angels, let's
cheer on the chosen one as he sets out
to seek revenge on Lucifer!

(Angels come together again and cheer for Uriel as he starts

his journey to murder Beelzebub. The scene continues with
Uriel setting out on the journey and going through Hell to
find the Kingdom of Fallen Angels. Ironically, Beelzebub is
outside of the Kingdom alone when Uriel finds him. The screen
cuts out as the murder occurs and comes back in once
Beelzebub is laying on the ground outside of the Kingdom.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 3

Location : Gates of Heaven

(Lucifer lets go of Uriel's head and flies back towards the

top of the staircase fast enough to go unseen by the angel.
He sits on the staircase and is alone talking to himself.)

LUCIFER
I can not believe I accused any of the
other fallen angels for a second. I
should have known it was The Father
from the second I found Beelzebub. He
will never continue punishing us for
trying to over rule him two years ago.
We are seen as weak in The Father's
eyes. What The Father doesn't know is
that when us fallen angels come
together we have a chance of defeating
the angels from above. We just need a
solid plan. I must hurry back to Hell
before The Father realizes that I have
discovered all of his hidden secrets.

(Lucifer hurries though the Gates of Hell and back to the

Kingdom of the Fallen Angels.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 4

Location : Hell (Kingdom of the Fallen Angels)

(The fallen angels are noisy and out of control. Lucifer

becomes angry.)

LUCIFER
What do you guys think you're doing !

(Every fallen angel stops what they're doing to look at Satan

and listen.)

LUCIFER
Mammon where are you !?

MAMMON
I'm here.

LUCIFER
I gave you the responsibility of
keeping the fallen angels in line and
this is what I come back to ?

MAMMON
I'm sorry Lucifer we just thought -

LUCIFER
Well you thought wrong! You know that
The Father watches our every move. The
reason we were sent down in this trash
of a place was because of our lack of
reasoning and obedience. By the look
of this situation none of you have
learned what obedience is.

MAMMON
It won't happen again sir. I promise.

LUCIFER
Damn well it won't because you will no
longer be trusted with leadership
responsibilities while I am gone.

(There is a gasp from the fallen angels that fills the

Kingdom as Lucifer says this.)

LUCIFER
(To Mammon) Get lost.

(Mammon walks back into the crowd as Lucifer climbs his

pedestal.)

LUCIFER
If anyone enjoys being stuck here in
 7.

Hell raise your hand.

(None of the fallen angels raise their hand.)

LUCIFER
That's what I thought. We are better
than what The Father perceives us to
be. However, we must show that we are.
After my journey to Heaven I have
discovered that The Father was the one
responsible for Beelzebub's death.

MAMMON
I told you we were innocent!

LUCIFER
Mammon, if you say one more word you
will make me lose my temper. I have
heard enough from you today.

MAMMON
Sorry.

LUCIFER
As I was saying...After two years of
torture The Father still wants to rub
our punishment in our faces. We must
find a way to plot against him to
prove that we are more than fallen
angels.

MOLOCH
Yes! I've been waiting for this moment
my entire lives. What are we thinking,
Lucifer? I have all sort of weapons
ready for action. Spears, knives,
bombs...

LUCIFER
I love the fierce attack, Moloch, but
unfortunately, Mammon is right about
one thing. We will never be able to
physically beat The Father and his
angels. They're too powerful.

(A grin appears on Mammon's face as he makes eye contact with

Moloch. In response, Moloch rolls his eyes and continues to
pay attention to Lucifer.)

MOLOCH
So what's our plan of attack then?

LUCIFER
We may never be able to defeat the
angels in Heaven, but we can sure find
a way to outsmart them. Everyone knows
about the new Paradise The Father has
created If we can all come together
and combine our energy and hatred
towards the angels in Heaven I believe
we can break down the wall separating
us from the Paradise.

MOLOCH
Once we're in and have overtaken the
humans who live in Paradise, we will
be unstoppable!

LUCIFER
Yes ! That's what I'm saying ! So
who's with me?

(All the fallen angels begin to cheer.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 5

Location : Kingdom of Heaven

(The scene begins with The Father watching the end of

Lucifer's speech towards his fallen angels in Hell on a
projector near his throne.)

THE FATHER
URIEL !!

URIEL
Yes, Father. I'm here.

THE FATHER
Uriel, you have five seconds to
explain to me how Lucifer found out
our plot to kill Beelzebub and has now
informed the other fallen angels.

URIEL
I never told him a single thing that
happened that night. I don't know what
happened.

THE FATHER
I'm going to believe you and I better
not regret it.

URIEL.
You won't regret it, Father. I
promise. I would never do anything to
put us angels at risk.

THE FATHER
I would hope not. Anyway, the fallen
angels are plotting to break down the
wall and get into paradise.

URIEL
Oh, that's what we're worried about?
It is nearly impossible for the fallen
angels to follow through with that
plan.

THE FATHER
That is also what I was thinking. Just
in case, go inform the other angels so
that they are kept up to date on
what's going on.

URIEL
Yes sir.

(Uriel quickly runs to the part of the Kingdom of Heaven

where the angels are and the scene cuts off with him
beginning to talk to them.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 6

Location : Hell (Kingdom of the Fallen Angels)

(Scene starts with the fallen angels in a line formation in

front of Lucifer.)

LUCIFER
Does everyone understand the plan of
attack?

MOLOCH
Yes! Let's go! Charge!

MAMMON
Moloch, are you ever not excited about
violence like come on.

LUCIFER
We need to all be ready for this
moment. If one of us falls short, the
wall seperating us between Paradise

will not be knocked down.

MAMMON
We're ready for this moment Lucifer. I
am so tired of the life we've had to
live in Hell. I want change and I want
it now.

LUCIFER
That's the attitude that we need right
now. As a quick recap for everyone
else : I will lead us to the wall
right outside of our Kingdom and on
the count of three we will all begin
to push. Once we start pushing it is
important that no one stops or tries
to walk away from the wall. If at any
point the smallest bit of energy is
lost we will already have been
defeated. Everyone ready?

(The fallen angels start to cheer.)

LUCIFER.
Okay, settle down and follow me.

(Lucifer leads the fallen angels outside the Kingdom until

they find the wall blocking them from Paradise.)

BOOK 3 : SCENE 7

Location : The Kingdom of Heaven (The Father's throne)

(This scene opens up to The Father sitting on his throne

watching from his projector as Lucifer and his fallen angels
arrive at the wall. There is dialogue happening at the wall
that can be heard. This dialogue is added in between the
dialogue that comes from The Father.)

THE FATHER
Uriel!

URIEL
Yes, Father.

THE FATHER
The fallen angels have arrived at the
wall and I know we both agreed that
there would be no possibility of them
knocking down the wall, but just look
at how motivated and organized they

are.

URIEL
Father, you took so much time building
that wall to the best of your ability.
There is no way that a little attitude
and organization can bring it down.

THE FATHER
You better be right.

URIEL
I am. Let's just watch it play out.

(Dialogue coming from the Wall starts here. The scene is

still taking place at The Father's throne.)

LUCIFER
Moloch, I need you to lead half of the
fallen angels to the right side of the
wall.

MOLOCH
I'm on it.

LUCIFER
Mammon, I need you to lead the other
half to the right side. When both of
you are on each side I will be in the
middle ready to start counting.
Remember on the count of three we will
start to push.

MAMMON
Sounds like a plan.

(Moloch and Mammon do as they are told while Lucifer stands

in the middle.)

LUCIFER
I am going to begin counting !
Everyone get into their ready
positions!

ONE!

TWO!

THREE!

(All the Fallen Angels begin to push on the wall and the wall

begins to crack. The dialogue returns to The Father.)

THE FATHER
There is no way this is happening.

URIEL
What is it.

THE FATHER
Look.

URIEL
Woah.

(At this moment the whole wall has been broken down by the
fallen angels.)

URIEL
What are we going to do now?

THE FATHER
There is only one answer.

(Uriel expresses a look of confusion.)

THE FATHER
We must send down the secret weapon to
save Paradise.

URIEL
There's no way you're talking about
the one and only -

THE FATHER
She is the only way we might have the
chance at saving Paradise. Go tell The
Daughter that is time for her to start
her mission.

URIEL
Yes sir.

BOOK 3 : SCENE 7

Location : Heaven (The Daughter's Room)

(Uriel steps into the room while only the back of The
Daughter is visible.)

URIEL
The Father said that is about time for
 13.

you to start the mission.

THE DAUGHTER
Already? I thought I had a little more
time.

URIEL
The Fallen Angels took us by surprise
and we are in desperate need of your
help.

THE DAUGHTER
I'm ready.

(The Daughter turns around and she reveals herself to be a

strong and beautiful character with an extreme amount of
confidence. Scene cuts out after exposing the physical
characteristics of The Daughter.)

THE END.
