Home Remedies for High Blood Pressure

Natural Remedy for high Blood Pressure – GARLIC is regarded as one of the most
effective home remedy in lowering the blood pressure. It is excellent for thrombosis,
hardening of arteries and high blood cholesterol.

Amla ( Indian Gooseberry) is another effective remedy for high blood pressure.
One table spoon each of fresh amla juice and honey mixed together should be taked every
morning.

Water Melon is another safeguard against hypertension.

In half of the cup of lukewarm water add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Drin it when
needed. This is one of the effective remedy for high blood pressure.

Grind equal amounts of water melon seeds and khas khas and keep together. Take one tea
spoon with an empty stomach and one in the evening with water for lowering blood
pressure. This can be taken 3-4 weeks according to the requirement. This is very useful
home remedy for high blood pressure.

Take one teaspoon of fenugreek ( Methi ) seeds morning and evening with an empty
stomach for 10-15 days with water.

One or two pieces of garlic rolled in raisin also lower BP.

Take four leaves of tulsi ( Holy Basil )and two leaves of NEEM with 2-4 teaspoon of
water, empty stomach for 5-7 days.

Take fresh papayas daily on an empty stomach for a month regularly. This is also
effective for High BP.

Take Spiegel seeds in 1-2 teaspoon of curd.

Amla Taken Daily with milk is also good for high BP.

Walking bare foot on Green Grass for 15-20 minutes daily also improves blood
circulation.

Hot Foot or leg bath for 10 minutes and hot compress over the heart are the water
treatments proved helpful in High BP.

Take Fennel Seeds ( Sounf ), cumin seeds ( Zeerah ), and sugar in equal quantities and
make a powdered mixture. Then add one teaspoon of this powdered mixture in a glassful
of water and drink. Do this every morning and evening. This is helpful in hypertension
and high BP.
Mix Half Onion juice and half honey. Take two tablespoon daily to lower theblood
pressure.

Acidity

Sucking a piece of clove will givr relief.

Consumption of milk and milk products will give relief.


Intake of fresh mint juice daily is best.

Taking a mixture of teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and two teaspoon of honey in a
glass of water before meals, will reduce the chances of acidity..

Another effective acidity cure is to boil cumin seeds in a glass of water and drink it with
meals.

Intake of spicy foods, fried foods and pickles should be avoided.


Unripe Food with high proteins content should also be avoided.

The fruits like watermelon, banana, and cucumber also reduce acidity.

Herbal tea containing spearmint ( Pudina ) and liquorice ( Mulathi ) is also beneficial
instead of normal tea, coffee and other aerated drinks.

Drinking Water in early morning controls acidity, as water is a good neutralizer for acid.

Early to Bed early to Rise will also help.

Always take two teaspoons of white vinegar with meals for proper food digestion and
control acidity.

Frequent use of medicines like aspirin or disprin should be avoided.


A good home remedy for acidity is to suck 10 m of jaggery after meals will prevent acid
formation.

Drinking cabbage juice daily prevents acidity.

Raw Salad of vegetables like onion, radish should be avoided.

Its always better to have dinner 2 hours prior to sleep.

Drink coconut water 3-4- times a day.

Eating yougurt will provide immediate relief.


Drinking a glass of water with a tea spoon of soda is also beneficial.

Intake of 1-2 teaspoon of white vinegar also provides relief.

Ginger is a spice well known for its gastrointestinal complaints.


Take a small piece of ginger and convert it to pulp and add it an equal amount of
coriander. Mix both of them properly. This mixture is also good for acidity.
