Every time you launch a store/ product etc.

Plainly speaking let’s say you are buying clicks on FB for $1. If on average you are
making $2 from each click you get you are profitable and scaling your business.

In affiliate marketing this metric is called EPC: Earnings per click

So in that case before you start testing an offer OR after you already validated it/ got it
to break even / profitability, there are few things you need to put in place to maximize
the EPC and your profitability.

Profitability means ability to scale so BEFORE you try to scale (link to scaling guide
here), you always need to maximize your profitability first.

Why?

Because every single thing maximizes while scaling. Let’s say you work on profitability
improvement and get the profitability to improve for $1 per order.

With 1000 orders it’s $1000 in extra sales and NO EXTRA cost to get a customer.

With 10000 orders it’s $10000 in extra sales and NO EXTRA cost to get a customer.

So it makes sense to be extremely profit-optimization oriented with your business.

Here is how we do it:

1. We collect emails with Wheelio. Typically we offer 20% off to people to get more

Together wheelio and welcome email series should bring extra 5-10% in revenue for

3. After that is done, we set up an SMS bump. SMS bump allows you to retarget people
who abandoned their carts and also to build a list of SMS subscribers. Here’s how to set

BETTER?

So if you make 10% profit with your store, why can't it be 30%?

If you make 30% why it can’t be 35%
