CONCENTRATES FOR

BOPP FILMS

INTRODUCTION

The BOPP market continues to expand and evolve to new specialties and to
more demanding applications. This explains the need for new and improved
masterbatches fitted for a never-ending diversity of the market.

AMPACET has developed a diverse product line, able to meet the quality
criteria of these markets. These developments can only be achieved through
the use of sophisticated laboratory and production equipment, thus allowing
our engineers and technicians to answer to the market’s needs.

PRODUCT IDENTFICATION

All AMPACET products for BOPP are identified by name ( for example
HOBLOCK 5), special stencil and packaging are available upon request.
In addition to our standard product range, which is presented in a detailed
brochure, AMPACET also offers custom made concentrates specifically
designed to the customer’s requirements.

MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY CONTROL

To produce the highest quality products, we are equipped with sophisticated


analytical equipment adapted to serve the demands of the BOPP market:

- Automatic melt indexer


- Chromatography
- Chemiluminescence
- Spectrophotometers (visible, UV, IR)
- Volatile content
- Moisture content
- Cast film line
- Microscopic Analysis
This equipment is designed to offer quick and concise data for various
parameters being tested insuring a complete technical analysis of each lot.
Quality control is based on the statistical analysis of these parameters.
Data entered into our computer is calculated for standard deviation, and
position, in relation to the set target.

QUALITY CERTIFICATE

Each manufactured lot arrives with a Quality Certificate listing the average
value of each parameter measured, as well as the minimum and maximum
value found in that specific lot.

Specifications for each of our products are available upon request; In addition
Ampacet ‘s Safety and Environmental Department offers support to our
customers with Food Contact Certificates,Material Safety Data Sheets or any
other regulatory information needed.

A team of trained people in the industry is dedicated to support your requests.


Our laboratories are fully equipped to perform tests for both films and raw
materials.
