Dear Participant,

We, the students of Cauayan City Science and Technology

High School (CCSTHS) are currently doing our research entitled
“Factors Affecting CCSTHS Students’ Satisfaction in Buying at
Shopee.”

The purpose of this study is to understand the aspects of

online buying and selling. This research is beneficial to
those online sellers and Shopee customers. We hope you answer
it honestly.

identify the factors affecting the customer satisfaction of
the participants. The scales 1-5 will be used to illustrate
the answers of the participants as 1 means strong disagreement
and 5 as strong agreement.

This section talks about the customer satisfaction of the
participants and the variables that would identify the factors
affecting the participant’s satisfaction in buying at Shopee.

Instrument

The researchers will use adapted research survey

questionnaire as the primamry tool in gathering the data

needed. The survey questionnaire will be given to the 16

selected students of Cauayan City Science And Technology High

School. The instrument will be validated by the research

adviser. The respondents will answer the survey questionnaire

via online due to community lockdown and to keep both the

researchers and participants from being contained by the

virus. The survey questionnaire contains three sections

excluding the sub sections with 25 questions overall. The

questions are crafted based of the objective of the study

which is identifying the factors that affects the

participants’ satisfaction in buying at Shopee. The survey

questionnaire uses the likeart scale that is most commonly

used at conducting researches. The researchers decided to use

the like art scale because it is only simple and does not have

complicated way to answer questions.
