That’s right!
There are many types of intentional injury, but we will only discuss some of its

o Suicide- Suicide is the intentional taking of one’s own life.
Many of those who attempt suicide do not receive mental and emotional counseling
because their families try to hide the problem because they are ashamed of it. Because
of this, the problem is not solved and the attempt to commit suicide happens.

What do you think is the reason why people commit suicide?

Very good!
-Depression is one of the reasons why people commit suicide.
Who can give a situation or cases related to suicide that you know especially
during this pandemic?
-answers may vary.
-CONTEXTUALIZATION. Last year from January-September 2020, with 72 cases,
Iloilo province has the most incidents among the provinces in Western Visayas.
According to PanayNEws.net, Suicides are more of a mental health issue. Locals claimed
it is because of the new normal education system in the Philippines brought by the
pandemic.
