Terms and conditions

On-Air Policy Suggestions:

1. This price offer is valid up to 1 month from the date of submission

2. Approved content must be provided before 48 hours on airing

3. Design/Processing charge BDT 10,000/- (One Time) for every Design Changes or
Modify (if applicable)

4. Duration/display period must be mentioned on the Work Order

5. In case of damage/partial damage due to any natural disaster or political violence,

Ad Pro Communications LTD will be not responsible for the time lapsed. However, Ad
Pro Communications LTD will only compensate screen time for the lapsed caused by
technical faults (if any)

Payment Terms:

1. 50% advance should be paid on the date of issuing work order. Rest 50% should
be paid within 30 days after submission of Invoice.

2. Payment would be made through A/C payee cheque or cash in favor of Ad Pro
Communications LTD

3. All rates provided are excluding VAT and Tax
