ROPEWAYS & INFRA LIMITED” and has lawfully authorized by the company by way of
Resolution Passed in the company’s Board Meeting to sign on behalf of company for claiming
capital investment subsidy on establishment Ropeway from Madhya Pradesh Tourism
Board,Bhopal.

MAKE OATH AND SAY:

1. That we are running a Ropeway at Hanumandhara Temple, Chitrakut, District Satna


(M.P.) in a company name and style as DAMODAR ROPEWAYS & INFRA
LIMITED with main object to engage in the business of Ropeway & Resorts.
2. The information provided in the application dated 11/03/2021 claiming subsidies for
establishment of Ropeway (Under Clause No. 6.12 of Tourism Policy 2016 as
amended 2019 of MP Tourism Board ) are correct and true.
3. Our company and its all directors are not the defaulter of State Government or State
Government undertakings.

4. The Infrastructure developed is of good quality and as per norms as defined and
specified in Clause no. 17 of Annexure-1 of tourism policy. That the company has
applied for claiming Capital subsidy for “Installation of Ropeway Infrastructure for
transport in inaccessible tourist places/forest areas” to MP Tourism Board & We
hereby affirm that all the terms and conditions for claiming Subsidy for Ropeway
Infrastructure are being complied with.

5. We hereby promise that if violation of any conditions/provisions mentioned in the


aforesaid notification/rule is found by us, then the MP Tourism Board shall have all
the rights to cancel or to take back the benefits as per rules and we will be held
accountable to pay back the benefit/incentive amount.

6. That we hereby affirm that neither the Company nor its Directors has applied/availed
any grant/subsidy or any other incentive, whatever its name may be ,from either
Central Government/State Government or any other Non-Government
Institute/organization.
7. That we hereby affirm that minimum 70 % of total staff employed by the Company
for this Ropeway project, are permanent Resident of Madhya Pradesh and also in the
future the same strength of employees of Madhya Pradesh shall be maintained. We
further affirm that whatever Terms and conditions imposed by Government under
reservation policy shall be followed and complied by us.
