8.0 Analytics Management

The purpose of Analytics Management is


to formalize how the analytics activities of
an organization are structured, executed
and managed and to ensure they are
aligned with the Data Management
activities

• The Analytics function is established, is driven by business priorities


and is aligned with the Data Management Program
• An analytics platform is in place and models can be developed,
released and operated in a controlled and governed manner
• The culture and skills required for effective Analytics are managed
