A. Giving Information
In the beginning, some people referred to Novel Coronavirus as Wuhan or Chinese
Coronavirus. The World Health Organization (WHO) has officially named the virus SARS-
CoV2 causing the condition named COVID-19. Naming guidelines for new pathogens
follow the rule of not naming them after people, places, ethnic groups, animals or foods
because this can be offensive or create a stigma.

B. Giving Instructions
Cooking Chicken Adobo is quick and simple. This recipe suggests marinating the chicken
to make it more flavorful. It is the best way to go if you want to experience authentic Filipino
chicken adobo. If you are in a hurry, feel free to skip this step, but make sure to simmer the
chicken longer than 30 minutes to better extract the flavors from it.

C. Making Explanation

The water cycle describes how water evaporates from the surface of the earth, rises into
the atmosphere, cools and condenses into rain or snow in clouds, and falls again to the surface
as precipitation. ... The cycling of water in and out of the atmosphere is a significant aspect of
the weather patterns on Earth.

D. When my family surprised me on my birthday. Usually we celebrate by having a bunch of friends

over, sharing great food. But when my birthday rolled around this year, we were in lockdown
like everyone else—and creativity was needed. We celebrated my birthday under the
restrictions imposed by the pandemic.

1. You have a classmate who is not that exposed to multimedia resources and has limited
knowledge about it. As a student how would you help your classmate understand the
importance and functions of these multimedia resources to cope with the new learning
environment?

Today, schools are temporarily cancelled their face-to-face classes to deal with the
impact of the COVID-19 situation. As a student I will help my classmate to cope with the
new normal classes by constantly messaging him/her that if he had a question about a
topic, he can always message me and try my best to help him.
