1. Select location of camera for taking Fixed Point


photographs & mark on floor – Zone Leader
2. Take Fixed Point photographs before
improvement with date marked – Zone leader
3. Assess current situation through “ Fixed Point
Photographs” – Zone leader
4. Display Photographs in respective areas – Zone
leader
5. Identify areas for improvement on 1S,2S,3S –
Zone leader
6. Receive Suggestions for improvement – Zone
leader
7. Evaluate Suggestions – Zone leader / 5s Committee
8. Implement the Suggestions – Zone leader
9. Review & Improve – 5s Committee
