Mini Excavator Product Delays Out of Linz Facility: 300.9D & 302.7D CR

The Linz, Austria facility is currently operating at extended Lane 3 availability for the 300.9D and 302.7D CR
mini excavator models as a result of a systems issue that inadvertently accepted a significant amount of
unplanned orders. While production numbers are consistent with our previous production plans, the facility will
see availability on current orders extended by up to eight weeks from the published lane availability of 10-13
weeks due to this issue.

300.9D
In order to maintain our commitment to stable availability, current Lane 3 order ranges will remain as-is for the
next two months. The facility orders team will continue to schedule Lane 3 orders received into the next
available production slot. Lane 3 order ranges in April will be reduced to zero to catch back availability to the
published 10-13 weeks.

302.7D CR
As previously communicated via 302.7D CR/302.7 CR phase-in and phase-out communications, final orders
for the 302.7D CR from the Linz facility will occur this month. The facility orders team will schedule Lane 3
orders received into the next available production slot. Final shipments will be in July 2021.

Unfortunately, ready-to-ship improvements are not likely to be accommodated. We apologize for these delays
and as we continue to monitor the situation closely, we will keep you posted with any further updates.
