2.75 mm crochet hook


(You can use smaller or
bigger crochet hook
depending on your yarn)

Red, black and light blue


colors (I used YarnArt
Jeans size 2 – link here)

Yarn needle for sewing

Fiber fill

Scissors

Stitch marker

ABBREVIATION

• st = stitch
• Magic circle
• sc = single crochet
• inc = increase (two single crochet in one
stitch)
• dec = decrease (crochet two stitches
together)
• F/O = finish off
• Sl st = slip stitch
• ch = chain

HOW TO READ THE ROUNDS

• How to read the round: Each


row has a sequence as given
below. Example: *sc, inc*
means repeat that sequence
sc, inc followed by sc, inc in
next st over and over to the
end of that particular round.
The number inside the
parentheses (~) is the number
of stitches you should have at
the end of that particular
round.
• Add in a marker at the end of
round 2 and move that
marker at the end of every
row. Work in continuous
rounds, do not join.
LEGS

Use red color yarn.


R1: 6sc into a magic circle (6)
R2: inc in every st (12)
R3: *sc, inc* (18)
R4: *sc in the next 2st, inc* (24)
R5 - R10: sc around (24)
Sl. st. and F/O the first leg.
Proceed to making the second leg.
Don't F/O the second leg. Place a stitch marker on the
last st.
LEGS

Connect the two legs with a sc. Continue making sc


around both legs until you reach the stitch marker.

R11 - R22: sc around (48)


R23: *sc in the next 10st, dec* (44)
R24 - R28: sc around (44)
R29: *sc in the next 9st, dec* (40)
R30: *sc in the next 8st, dec* (36)

R32: *sc in the next 6st, dec* (28)

Stuff the body very firmly.


BODY

R33: *sc in the next 5st, dec* (24)


R34: *sc in the next 4st, dec* (20)
R35: *sc in the next 3st, dec* (16)

Place more fiberfill if it’s needed.
R37: *sc in the next st, dec* (8)
Sl st and F/O leaving a long tail for sewing.
With the help of the yarn needle weave the stitches and
close the gap.

With yarn needle for


sewing and a bit of red
yarn sew the hole between
the legs.
BACKPACK

Use red color yarn.


R1: ch13
R2: sc in the next 11st, inc in the last st, proceed to the other
side of the chain, sc in the next 11st (24)
R3 – R15: sc around (24)
Sl st and F/O levaing a long tail for sewing.

BACKPACK

Grab a yarn needle


for sewing and close
the backpack. Before
you close the gap
place a little bit of
fiberfill.
BACKPACK

Sew the backpack to the back of the body.


FACE

Start with blue color yarn.


R1: ch7
R2: starting from the 2nd ch of the hook sc in the next 5st, sc3
in the last st, proceed to the other side of the chain, sc in the
next 5st, sc3 in the last st (16)
R3: inc, sc in the next 5st, inc, sc, inc, sc in the next 5st, inc,
sc in the last st (20)
R4: sc, inc, sc in the next 6st, inc, sc in the next 2st, inc, sc in
the next 6st, inc, sc (24)
R5: sc, inc, sc in the next 8st, inc, sc in the next 2st, inc, sc in
the next 8st, inc, sc (28)
R6: sc, inc, sc in the next 10st, inc, sc in the next 2st, inc, sc
in the next 10st, inc, sc (32)
Change to black color yarn.
R7: sc around (32)
Sl st and F/O leaving a long tail for sewing.

If there’s a hole in the first row, after you finish


crocheting the face, grab the yarn needle for
sewing and weave the tail of the chain to close
the gap.
FACE

Sew the mask to


the body.
Before you close
the gap place a
little bit of fiberfill.
