Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes: 
3/4 cup melted butter (salted) 
3 whole eggs 
1 1/3 cup fresh milk 
1 teaspoon white vinegar 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 cup white sugar 
2 cups all-purpose flour 
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 teaspoon baking soda
Buttercream: 
1 cup butter (salted) 
1 cup all-purpose / heavy/ thickened cream 
1 cup powdered / confectioner's sugar
EASY, CHEESY, MEATY LASAGNA
Red sauce (meat sauce): 
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 large white or red onion chopped
1 kg ground beef (lean with some fat)
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 can mushroom sliced
1/2 c parmesan cheese or any cheese of your choice 
Season with salt, pepper, white sugar, pepper flakes
Mornay: 
1/4 cup all-purpose flour 
1/4 cup salted butter
1-liter fresh milk 
Salt and nutmeg, to season 
1 cup cheese of your choice (mozzarella, parmesan,
processed)
To assemble: 
7X10 aluminum pan, or any size and type of baking
dish of your choice 
Grated cheeses— you may use parmesan, cheddar,
mozzarella, quickmelt, or any melting cheese

Banana Bread
3 large ripe bananas
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
5 tbsp/ ¼ cup and 1 tsp white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 tbsp/ ¾ cup of white sugar

 Preheat oven to 350° F/ 175° C


 Mash bananas. Set aside.
 Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking
soda in a bowl. Set aside.
 In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas,
egg, vanilla extract, and sugar. MIX.
 Fill in the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl until
become smooth.
 Bake in the oven for 13-16 minutes.
Embutido
1 kg ground pork 
2 teaspoons salt 
1 teaspoon black pepper 
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon sugar 
1/4 cup all-purpose flour 
3 whole eggs 
1/2 cup pickle relish 
1/2 cup evaporated milk 
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup chopped carrots 
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup grated processed cheese
Chopped canned sausage / ham (optional) 
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

 1 cup butter, melted


 2 cups white sugar
 ½ cup cocoa powder
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 4 large eggs eggs
 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
 ½ teaspoon baking powder
 ½ teaspoon salt
 ½ cup walnut halves

 Step 1

 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.

 Step 2

 Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking
powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut
halves, if desired.
 Step 3

 Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the


center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.
