JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, FAUSTINA O. DOLZ and LOURDES Q. SAMAR, both of legal ages,

Filipinos, and residents of Sabido Road, Magurang Polangui Albay, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Sabido Road, Magurang Polangui Albay, for
more than Twenty (20) years, and during this period of time, we have personally
known WILSON REBURIANO, being our neighbors and close acquaintance;

2. That WILSON REBURIANO is the absolute owner of a parcel of land identified

as Lot 2316 located at Sabido Road, Magurang Polangui Albay and we know
personally the said lot;

3. That being neighbors and close acquaintances, we know that WILSON

REBURIANO and his continuously possess and occupy the property for more
than twenty (20) years;

4. That a survey claimant in the name of ESTER SALCEDA had never been in
possession of Lot 2316. As a matter of fact, she is actually residing on a different
lot situated in our barangay;

5. That we are not related to WILSON REBURIANO by affinity or consanguinity

and not in any way interested in the parcel of land owned by them;

6. That this Affidavit is being executed in good faith, to attest to the veracity of the
foregoing facts and for all legal intent and purpose this may serve.
