Dear Mr. Redillas,

I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr. RYAN AGONCILLO,

regarding the above-referenced matter for the apartment unit located at No. 23
CLOWNS ST. QUEZON City.

You have not paid your monthly rental payment of Four Thousand Two
Hundred Pesos (P4,200) for the last ________ months. As of this date, your
unpaid rental payments amounted to __________________________________.

You have also failed to pay the arrears for your water and electricity bills
amounting to Seven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Six and 74/100
(P7,376.74) and Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five (P4,745)
respectively.

Due to the foregoing, we hereby make a final demand upon you to pay
____________________________ rental payment, Seven Thousand Three Hundred
Seventy Six and 74/100 (P7,376.74) water bill payment and Four Thousand
Seven Hundred Forty Five (P4,745) electricity bill payment and to vacate the
property within ten (10) days from the receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we
would be constrained to institute the appropriate civil complaint against you.
We will also hold you liable for interest, damages, attorney’s fees, and expenses
that my client will incur arising from your unlawful detainer of his property.
