Equipment Checklist for AC Pipe work

The supervisor is responsible to ensure this checklist is reviewed prior to any work on
AC pipe commences.

Training:

 All crew members have been trained to the SOP for AC pipe work.  Yes  No

 Asbestos barrier tape  ½ Mask respirator with P100 cartridge

 Pylons  Tyvek coveralls (hooded, disposable)

 Snap cutters or similar tool  Safety glasses /goggles

Water cans / sprayer with adequate

 supply of wetting agent  Rubber boots (non-laced)

Asbestos disposal bags (6mm,

 labelled)  Rubber gloves (disposable)
