    In the positive control, specific cDNA amplification was observed for the detection of Gene E and / or Gene
    RdRp for the diagnosis of Corononavirus SARS-CoV2-19. Internal negative controls did not show amplification.
    The internal gene control Ribonucleoprotein (RNP) showed amplification. test is validated with results of other
    controls.
