The scope of work involves brick repairs, window lintel replacement, concrete structure
repairs, asbestos abatement and water proofing; and/or repairs of the existing parapet walls;
repairs to spalled and cracked concrete. Duties include reviewing the project baseline
schedule Phase #2, maintaining submittal log, shop drawings in conformance to approved
plans and specifications, performing cost estimation, RFI, RFC, claims and change order
processing for efficient contract management. Construction Cost: $27M

Managed program phases starting with Pre-design including finalizing the budget,
contract strategy, and design procedure manual.
Developed and implemented schedule, cost and scope control measures such as
Value Engineering, a budget that met the Owner’s goals and constructibility.
Prepared and established Master schedule for the Procurement and Construction
Phase.
Established the procedures in line with control forms as required for construction and
post construction phase.
Reviewed, analyzed and negotiated program claims. Construction Cost: $600 Million
