1. Presentation materials should be in the form of a power point presentation for about 20 minutes presentation and
then a few minutes for Q & A.
2. Please upload your presentation material in the provided laptop before your presentation (during the break). There
will be a room assisstant in each presentation room that will help you with transferring / copying your presentation
file. We will provide a laptop in each room and do not encourage participants to use their own laptop.

If you plan to attend but your paper is not in the schedule (or you plan not to attend but your paper is in the schedule),
