1. Safety and Caution Instruction

General Safety Regulation

Do not attempt to operate until you have read thoroughly and understand completely
all instructions, rules, etc. contained in this manual. Failure to comply can result in
accidents involving fire, electric shock, or serious personal injury. Keep this manual
and review frequently for continuous safe operation.

Warranty

The machine’s mechanical parts are warranted for a period of 12 months except for
electrical & electronic components. The warranty begins from the delivery date at
customer place and shall not apply to damages due to improper use of the machine
(failure to follow the rules contained in the “Instruction Manual”), previous tampering
or accidental damage, or use of the machine beyond its maximum capabilities, even
if only occasionally.

Defects and deficiencies due to natural wear, act of God, poor installation and
misuse are not covered by this warranty.

The manufacturer obligations are limited to repair or replace those parts failing due
to operator carelessness, misuse or due to any cause such as parts failing due to
poor lubrication, inadequate cleaning, improper operating environment, improper
utilities or operator error.

This warranty and the CE mark becomes null and void if the buyer uses equipment
or accessories that are not supplied by the manufacturer, and/or in case of
modifications not recommended or approved of in writing by the manufacturer.

Main Rules to Work In Safety

a) This document must be read before carrying out any operation on the machine.
Should there be parts of the document not clearly understandable, contact the
manufacturer before any intervention on the machine.

b) In order to improve the ability of those working on the machine and allow them to
operate in full safety, it is recommended that you request the manufacturer or the

authorized technicians to hold training courses on the machine use and


maintenance.

c) Never climb on the machine.

d) Before dismantling any part of the machine or carrying out an intervention not
dealt with in this manual, apply to the manufacturer for a specific authorization.

e) The machine is fitted with inherent safety systems capable of ensuring the safety
of the operator even in unforeseen circumstances; however, in the event of any
anomaly, whether foreseen or not, the following procedure is recommended:

• press the EMERGENCY push button and stop the machine.


• turn off the switch on the electrical board to which the machine is connected.
• consult your maintenance staff or the manufacturer.
• do not carry out further operations or restart the machine before you are sure
you have identified and removed the fault’s cause.

f) All personnel working on the machine, besides being professionally for their duty,
must carefully read the relevant manuals.

g) The operator is required to always abide by the following rules:

 Never work on the machine with guards taken down or safety devices out of
order.
 Keep the machine clean and efficient.
 If the maintenance man is working on the machine carrying out interventions
you are not responsible for, do not use the machine until the maintenance
man has completed his work.
 Clothing of personnel working on the machine must meet current safety rules.
They must wear gloves, protective shoes and overalls with no loose edges or
belts; long hair must be tucked under a hat.
 When switching on or off the machine always strictly follow the sequence
described in this manual.
 If you hear or see signs of wrong machine operation (louder noise, hisses,
discharges, flashes) press the EMERGENCY push button immediately.
 A greasy, wet or dirty floor can be the cause of accidents. Always remove and
clean off any fluid or grease fallen on the floor when working on the machine
during machine operation and clean.

 Major repairs must be carried out by authorized personnel only or by


manufacturer.

 Never carry out any operation you have not been authorized to. Use tools and
fixtures suitable for the operation you are about to perform.

 Do not tamper with the machine or make any intervention susceptible to


disabling the machine’s safety devices
 Regularly clean the machine inside and outside to keep its original look.
 Do not wash the machine with flammable products (e.g: naphta, petrol,
solvents…..).
 Do not clean the control panel using alcohol-based products.
 Machine panels are screwed to the machine and keys of various shapes or
profiles are required to remove or open the panels. There are no electrical or
mechanical devices preventing machine operation when panels are down or
not properly locked; when a maintenance intervention has been completed, it
is compulsory for the maintenance always tighten down the lock screws.
 The machine doors has been secured and protected by a safety device which
prevents door opening when the machine is running.

IMPORTANT

The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for accidents or damages caused by machine being
operated by poorly trained personnel, by improper use of the machine, or failure even partial to follow
safety rules and general working procedures including those contained in this manual.

3. Operating Procedures
1. Power Source

Connect the cable to main power source and turn ON. Make sure pilot lamp is ON as
a sign that power source has enter the circuit as per designed.

2. Thermo oil / water filling process (for Double Jacketed Tank only)

Make sure before start the process, insert thermo oil to jacketed wall as per above
picture. Failing to follow this step will shorten the lifespan of your heater and willing
to burn one day.

2. Products insert

Insert raw material into tank manually or automatically by using transferring pump.
Make sure outlet ball valve at bottom tank is close before start this step.

3. Check the level

Make sure raw material level is higher than a sensor position. If your material level is
lower than this sensor, therefore heater will not function after you turn ON.

4. Temperature Settings (if equipped with heater only)

Set your temperature value at temperature controller to cook your raw material.

5. Heater Switching (if equipped with heater only)

Turn heater switch to ON mode to start heating process.

6. Stirrer Switching

Turn homo switch to ON mode to start stirring process. Rotate the knob to adjust
your stirring speed according to your material type. The stirrer design is different
according to material type.

7. Discharge/transfer process

Open the outlet ball valve to discharge your finished products.

4. Maintenance Intervention
 Clean up overall tank surface by using water and non-corrosive detergents
each time after use.

 Check all joint connection and thread. If any, please add OPP tape on thread
area to avoid leaking problem.

 Check motor stirrer condition. Please open the cover and do observation and
sound checking.

 Check homo stirrer rod. Please change any wear or tear parts if seems to be
loose.

 Check heater if see any leaking or burn effects around the area. Check
electrical wire and parts in good condition, clean and safety.

5. Troubleshooting
Problem Solution

Heater no function 1. Check electrical connection. Please


change if any electrical parts
broken.

2. Check material level. If level is low,


add up more material until sensor
can detect.

Mixer stirrer no function 1. Check motor and gear. If broken,


need to change with new parts.

2. Check stirrer condition. If


something stuck at your stirrer
please remove it.

Heat is not accurate 1. Check temperature controller.


Change with new part if broken

2. Check all heaters. If some heater


does not hot, means the heater has
broken and need to change.

3. Check electrical wiring. Maybe


some electrical parts has burn and
need to change.

Temperature reading do not accurate 1. Check temperature controller. Need


to change if spoilt already.

2. Check thermocouple. Need to


change if spoilt already.

7. Cleaning Methods
1. Clean up all contact parts by using hot water/RO water/nontoxic detergents after
use depends on the products type. Open the clamp union hence dismantle any
spring hose or piping for cleaning process. Do not use any detergents which have
chemical contents.

2. Open the lid of machine tank and clean up by using hot water/RO water/nontoxic
detergents after use. Do not use any detergents which have chemical contents.

3. Clean up all machine body by using wet cloth after use. Do not keep the products
or dust exists on the machine surface for a long time which may cause some
important parts rusty, spoilt and breakdown.
