I came to know from some of my supervisors that the employees are facing some trouble in leave issues of summer season. So, I think this problem should be resolved. Summer season is quite an uncomfortable time for our company. So, we maintain some regulations related to the leave issue of summer season. They are- Employees must fill a form in online which they will find in companies official web portal. In the first two week of June, last week of July and the first week of August when company usually does not provide any leave unless urgent or miss-happening reasons. Employees must let the company know at least a week before leaving. (Employees of whose request of leaving the institution receives first will get the more chances of acceptances.) These policies of company must be followed by each employees if they need vacation during summer period.
