BEHIND THE BACKING

The main consideration in choosing presets for this track
was something that sounded good straight away without
having to add too much.

The bass and drums needed to have authority and a slightly retro vibe, so I
chose the focused and warm preset on EZ Bass Modern

The Ash Soan Kits in UK Pop have great low end and punch for a lot of
genres, not just pop.

I chose the Retro Clavinet filter funk preset to add some movement in the
mid range without getting in the way of the guitar.
