SELF CARE IS SELF
RESPECT
It is important to Always care
for yourself and care for your
body. Not just for the way you
look but just to feel better and
to live life to the fullest. When
you feel better in your own
skin, you are also going to
shine and look better that way.
Here is a short list of things
you need to take care of daily
or weekly.
DAILY

 wash your face


 brush your teeth
 moisturize your body (face, legs, lips,...)
 drink at least 1,5L of water
 get the vitamins you need (eat your fruits
and veggies, get the protein or take your
vitamin pills if necesarry..
 tone your face
 add some oils to your hair (by using a
hair serum or a bit of coconut oil)
 spray some sort of deodorant to prevent

yourself from smelling.


WEEKLY

 Wash your hair 2-3 times a week


(when you wash your hair everyday
you will eventually get rid of your
natural hair oils.)
 Take a shower every 2 days
 put on a face mask
 exfoliate your whole body
 shave 1-2 times a week (everyone has a
different body so everyone shaves
when they need to)
 cut your finger- and toenails and add
some color if you feel the need to
TREAT YOURSELF
It's needed to think about
yourself sometimes. You do so
much for other people and
work hard everyday. You
deserve to be treatened… by
yourself! Just allow yourself a
day off, a day at the spa, buy
yourself something etc.
These are things I like
to treat myself with:
 a new haircut
 buy myself some flowers
 buy a new pair of shoes or bag
 go crazy in Lush and take a good bath
with my favorite bath bomb.
 Go out for lunch/dinner
 Cleanse regularly
 Exfoliate your skin
 Wash your face morning and night
 a face scrub, two to three times per week or
a chemical exfoliatior, such as a face peel,
once per week for sensitive or dry skin and
three times maximum for other skin types
 SPF 30+ facial sunscreen or day cream
 Look for brightening skincare ingredients:
Vitamin C, Niacinamide (vitamin B3)
 Moisturize skin regularly morning and
evening
 Use shimmery lotion to boost glow
 Eat antioxidant-rich food
 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
 Have A Consistent Skin Care Routine morning
and evening: moisturizer, wash your face,
exfoliate, tone and add serums
 Do Your Makeup
 Do A Hair Mask
 Tweeze Your Eyebrows
 Get Beauty Sleep get 8-9 hours of sleep per
night
 Take a nice hot shower, shave your legs,
exfoliate, and wash your hair and body. I
always feel so nice and fresh after showering.
Make sure to moisturize your body and face
afterwards.
 Paint Your Nails/Toes
 Do A Lip Scrub. Leave it on for a few minutes
and then moisturize your lips with lip balm
and gloss.
 Trimming your hair
 Get Your Ideal Body
 Change Your Hair Colour
 Get you style
