Hello everyone my name is ine lusiana

Today I will share breathing techniques

This breathing technique can be used as a sedative for the nervous system

Its function is to help fight anxiety and stress to help produce maximum relaxation

You can use this breathing technique in situations that arouse emotional emotions in you

You can also use this breathing technique when you are stressed, panicked and enxed

Usually during such a situation our breath will be fast and our heart rate is also fast. so that the
oxygen received by the body is imperfect

If you feel intense emotions within you, maybe you also feel a sensation in your body such as a
narrowed chest, hot body parts, stomach aches, usually to avoid this happening can use up a lot of
energy so that it makes you tired. So this time I will teach relaxation techniques and adjust the
breath, so that your body knows that it is now in a safe situation and does not have to fight.

So wherever you are now you can sit in an upright position with your feet on the floor and close your
eyes slowly, you can take a deep breath hmmmmmm through your nose and out through your
mouth uhhhhhh

In uncomfortable situations we often hold our breath, so we may not get used to taking deep
breaths. You can enjoy the sensation that is when you breathe, whatever the sensation is in your
body, whatever comes you can convince your body that breathing is safe. So you can take a breath
and exhale and feel your body relax more and more

And slowly you can put your hand on your stomach. Then feel the sensation that is in your body
when you breathe. Feel the rhythm of your breath. is the rhythm fast? long? short? feel your breath,
expand your stomach and feel your stomach shrink as you exhale.

Inhale hmmm

Exhale uhhh

Always come back to your breath

Feel your feet stepping on the ground making you strong at one with the earth

Inhale hhmmm

Exhale uhhh

Relax your jaw, your chest, your mouth, your face, your neck relax

Let go of all the stiffness that is stored in your body when you exhale

In hale ex hale

Continue to feel in your body without any resistance

Give it all to your breath

Feel your stomach rise and fall as you inhale and exhale

Hhhmmm uhhhh
With your next breath you can imagine the energy from under your feet slowly moving through your
body

Your stomach, your chest, your neck, and up your head

Let go of any thoughts that come back to your breath

In hale exhale I let go of whatever is in my way, I breathe perfectly and I feel more relieved

In hello

Ex hello

With the next breath you can take a deeper breath and you release it

Hmmmuhhhh

Slowly you can rub your hands together until they feel warm

And put your hands in front of your eyes

And slowly open your eyes

To come back to where you were

Thank you
