CONCRETE WORKS

1. All footing, columns, slab, beams - FC = 20.68 Mpa (3000 PSI)

2. floor slab on fill - FC = 17.24 Mpa (2,500.00)
3. Slab on fill / section Floo Slab thickness shall be 100 mm Thk.
Width 10 mm Dia. Reinforcing bars.
Pls. refer to structural drawing for more information and details.
SCHEDULE OF MASONRY WORKS

1. Use 4" THK CHB FOR WALLS.

2. Reinforcement for concrete hollow blocks wall is of 10mm bars vertical and
10mm horizontal bars.
3. Mortar for masonry is of class "A" consisting of (1) part cement (3) parts
sands.

WATER PROOFING

1. Elastomeric for all Fire walls, deck, toilet floors and walls, plant boxes, kitchen,
retaining walls, terraces
FLOORING
1. Floor Finishes
Ground floor walls shall be 60 x 60 granite (SUPER WHITE)
2nd floor shall be 6” x 36” x 1mm vinyl planks (wood texture)
ROOFING
1. RIB TYPE LONG SPAN COLOR ROOF 0.4mm THICK
CEILING
1. 2nd Floor 12mm gypsum board (BORAL) on metal furring ceiling joist
2. Ground floor Concrete painted finish

WINDOWS
1. 6mm thk clear glass on aluminum analok frame
2. Provided with Opal aluminum Insect Screen on aluminum frames
3. Putty to be used in all Exterior Frame is first class trimco elastomeric.
DOORS
1. Bedroom doors shall be .80m x 2.10m moulded door
2. Main Door shall be of Solid Panel Door (ready made)
3. All Bathroom Door Shall be of PVC 60 Flush Door .
BATHROOMS
1. Bathroom Fixture shall be by cool set series or equivalent

SEPTIC VAULT
1. 3 Chamber ( see blue prints for details)
STAIRS
1. Stairs Steps Shall have 18mm thk thk wood panel smoothed and varnish finish

PLUMBING
1 All Plumbing and Sanitary Pipes shall have a minimum size of 2” use only atlanta
or Emerald orange pipe or equivalent
2. Provide adequate Clean-out

WATERLINES
1. Pvc blue pipe by atlanta or emerald
PAINTING
1. Exterior and Interior Paint shall be primered by bostik skim coat and finish with
boysen latex
2. Firewall ; Use Elastomeric waterproofing paint by Boysen
FINISHING HARDWARES
1. Door Knobs ; shall be of yale Brand or equivalent
2. Hinges for Cabinet and Closets Shall be Self locking by hafele or equivalent
3. Cabinet Handles, Drawer Handles, and the likes shall be of stainless of good
quality.
ELECTRICAL FINISHES
1. All Electrical Wiring shall be of appropriate sizes THHN PHELP DODGE only in
PVC conduit.
2. Ceiling Mounted lights shall be ordinary LED in receptacle
3. Switches and convenient outlet by ROYU brand or Equivalent
4. Panel Board Shall be of ROYU Brand,
