InstaHealth is an application that can be downloaded through google play, app store, and
Microsoft store, free of charge. This application is the newest telehealth consultation in the
country that aims to provide a safe and effective way for patients to connect with
InstaHealth doctors from home (or anywhere) for point of care clinical advice and other
possible outpatient services.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Patient portal

These portals offer an alternative to email, which is a generally insecure means to

communicate about private medical information. A portal provides a more secure online
tool to do the following:

● eConsult or Teleconsultation where patients can communicate with their doctor

or a nurse. When patients log into the application, their patient portal shows
then they will click the eConsult button at the side then the patients are guided
through a series of questions. The results will be forwarded to their doctor then
the doctor will prescribe medications, suggest home care strategies or
recommend additional medical care thus creating a treatment plan for the
patient. Additionally, eConsult or teleconsultations are generally for minor
illnesses, similar to the services available at a drop-in clinic
● Request prescription refills.
● Review laboratory test results and summaries of previous visits.
● Virtual Appointments where patients can schedule appointments or book
appointments. This provides virtual appointments that enable patients to see
their doctor or a nurse via online video conferencing. These appointments
enable them to receive ongoing care from their regular doctor when an
in-person visit isn't required or possible.
● ePayment. Where patients will settle their bill thru online banking.

Management team:

InstaHealth is in partnership with Alquiza Medical Hospital - a tertiary level hospital. This
app will require a total of 15 on-call licensed doctors with specific specialties. These
specialties include general medicine, family medicine, dermatology, dentistry, internal
medicine, obstetric and gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, psychiatry, rehabilitation
medicine, and psychology.

All the major corporate decisions, managing overall operations and resources of the
application and acting as the main point of communication with all the employees comes
from the office of the General Director & Chief Executive Officer. One (1) chief medical
officer, one (1) chief quality officer, one (1) chief operating officer, one (1) chief financial
officer, one (1) chief marketing officer, and one (1) chief nursing officer.

The General Director & CEO often has a much more hands- on role in the company. She will
be responsible for making overall decisions such as hiring of staff (instead of HRMO) and
designating heads of managers in various departments.

Chief medical officers are healthcare administrators who oversee the effective management
of medical centers. They are responsible for managing clinical operations, liaising between
the administration and medical staff, and ensuring that patients receive the highest
standard of medical care.

For chief quality officers in health care settings, the data must demonstrate the delivery of
high-quality health care for providers to receive reimbursements and for facilities to secure
good reputations. Chief quality officers also must address quality problems such as
misdiagnoses, readmissions, and hospital-acquired conditions (HACs). Additionally, chief
quality officers collect customer feedback that offers insight into the performance of their
organizations’ products and services. In a health care setting, surveys are conducted with
patients about their experiences and state of health. Chief quality officers use various
analytical strategies to ensure that providers deliver quality health care. They analyze new
methodologies that may positively impact nursing performance, patient safety, and
employee satisfaction—all of which contribute to quality health care. They also examine
processes, and make suggestions for improvement. Additionally, when organizing quality
improvement initiatives, chief quality officers consider how to integrate new refined
processes, collect feedback, and create reporting systems that facilitate clear
communication between clinicians.

A COO, or chief operating officer, is typically the second-highest-ranking executive in a

company. A COO is in charge of day-to-day operations as well as executing the company's
long-term goals. Because they oversee many different departments, COOs must have
knowledge of and experience with many different business functions. The COO role often is
the final rung on an executive's career ladder before becoming a chief executive.

A chief financial officer (CFO) is the senior executive responsible for managing the financial
actions of a company. The CFO's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as
well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing
corrective actions.

A Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development
and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly
to the chief executive officer, the CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by
increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market
research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public
relations.

A chief nursing officer’s role is complex and requires several years of nursing and leadership
experience to be up to the task. They are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the
daily activity within the nursing department by being the spokesperson for nurses while
planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of nursing and patient care
services. Chief Nursing Officers take into consideration the business perspective of the
hospital system, best practice, and the needs of nursing staff while facilitating efficient and
effective departmental operations.

Industry and market analysis:

Provide your explanation based from your SWOT analysis.

The industry comprises online services providing health consultations and prescriptions to
clients who log in and wish to consult for their health complaints and for wellness
maintenance and pay after the consultation through online banking. These services may
provide online prescriptions as well as may be connected to pharmacies by which the drugs
can be delivered to their homes for safety during the pandemic.

Demographics, consumer preferences and personal income drive these demands. The
demands can be dependent on the profits of the clients as some may prioritize foods over
health and that they prefer face to face consultation instead of online. That is why effective
marketing strategy is a must for this industry.

WIth this, health information systems and online consultations can improve the link
between quality health and people. These projects maximize the use of technology to the
advantage of the health of the clients. Thus, the target market of this project includes all
those who are into the new normal, urban or rural in the online world encouraging them
that as they continue their daily lives in front of the computer or any devices, may they also
be reminded to look into their health without the inconvenience of going to hospitals and
clinics.

Client satisfaction. Surveys, technological started
promotion and word-of-mouth referrals of
satisfied customers.

With the help of the SWOT analysis, it served as a versatile technique that gave the
entrepreneurs a multitude of insights in a relatively short span of time - in this way, they are
able to know where to focus, what to improve and what to maintain.

First, the strengths wherein these are the positive characteristics of the business giving
them the edge among others in the field, these strengths are the greatest contributors to
the success of the project. These include the marketing strategies that promote the services
offered, the manpower that mandates the operations, the services itself, its quality and
uniqueness as well as the security that protects the data being generated and the
accessibility by which the target market is able to experience the services offered by this
business.

Second, the weaknesses that hinders the growth and success of the business wherein these
can be corrected and improved. InstaHealth admits its weaknesses on slow expansion and
online banking operations as there are limitations given by the pandemic and that online
banking has never been operating smoothly especially if the client is just using a free data
connection.

Therefore, there are opportunities that could help the company to fill in the weaknesses as
a key for its growth, expand its size and revenue that is why InstaHealth recorded the
number of population who are in the online world as that is increasing, the government
programs that will be proposed and passed for the new normal and the client satisfaction
that will play a big part in the good reputation and feedbacks for the business.

On the other hand, despite the numerous opportunities and strengths, there are still
threats that are imposed like the ignorance of programs as people who are not into online
trends could not reach and could not access this project. Also, client loyalty will be an issue
as to how explorative people are nowadays, they could not stick to what they have
experienced first hand because of some reasons including the transparency of prices and
services, lack of unique relevance to consumers making them find a better deal elsewhere
(Belleghem, 2014). As well as competitors wherein this pandemic brought different
business ideas to the people as a source of their income and this field of online consultation
really is a trend and that attracts many competitors in the market.

Its SWOT analysis prompted InstaHealth to note that the project will offer an increased
value over the years and it will provide high quality health services for the clients as well as
a reliable source of income for the employees. This can be made possible as the SWOT
analysis showed that the strengths and opportunities greatly outweighed its weaknesses
and threats.

Market plan:
Provide an explanation on how you are going to get the product or service to the customers.
1. Social Media Advertising

With the huge number of online users, social media's power is commendable as the
business can reach a large number of people within seconds of posting an ad about the
application. By posting an ad about the application, we can reach our target clients and
attract their attention by gaining their interest such as posting videos and infographics of
what the application can do, how they can use it, how easy to use and how useful it is to
them.

2. Referral System

It is a word-of-mouth marketing tactic that encourages customers to advocate on behalf of

the company. Past customers can tell stories to their friends or loved ones about their
experience in the hospital and if they are satisfied, they can recommend the hospital to
other people in the future if they need it.

3. Expertise Recommendations

Promote the company to obstetrician-gynecologist, pediatrician, dentists, cardiologist,

ophthalmologist, psychiatrist, nurses, midwives and many more by explaining to them
about the application’s goal, mission and vision and the services offered and its benefits. By
using this method, the expertise in the field may agree to recommend our application and
services to their patients in need of medical attention through teleconsultation with the
doctor who has an expertise with the symptoms that they feel.
