MOTION TO ADMIT ADDITIONAL EXHIBIT

Petitioner, through counsel most respectfully sets forth:

1. That during the presentation of evidence, petitioner inadvertently excluded one of

the vital documentary evidence of the plaintiff which is the “affidavit of loss”
executed by the plaintiff;

2. That petitioner respectfully moves that the attached affidavit of loss be admitted
and marked as Exhibit “F” as additional documentary evidence of the plaintiff;

3. Attached hereto is the affidavit of loss to be marked as Exhibit F, while the

stamped received by the Registry of Deeds be Marked as Exhibit F-1

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court that the hereto attached Affidavit of Loss dated 3 rd September 2020 executed by
petitioner Dominador D. Nunezca be admitted and marked as Annex F and to prove that
the Register of Deeds of Camarines Sur was notified of such loss.

Other Reliefs, just and equitable are likewise prayed for under the premises.
