AFFIDAVIT

I Prabhat Singh, S/o Dharam Singh R/o Village Bhatti Barigarh, Tehsil Bajatta, Distt.
Udhampur do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under

1. That I am a permanent resident of J&K.

2. That I am the owner of the land bearing Khasra No. _________________ situated at
Village – Bhatti, Barigarh, Tehsil Bajalta, Distt. Udhampur.
3. That I also the owner of Khair Wood tree existing in my above said land.
4. That I am only owner of my above-mentioned land and no other co-share/partner of
above said land.
5. That I will fully responsible for any kind of dispute or payment of Khair Tree among
the co-share and demarcation with other land and with any government or other
authority.
6. That I have sold Khair Trees/Billets/M/s Royal Wood Industries Plot No. 26, SICOP,
Industrial area Phase 3 Gangyal Jammu.
7. That I herby apply transportation permission in favour of Khair wood billets M/s
Royal Wood Industries Plot no 26 SICP, Industrial area Phase -3 Gangyal Jammu of
above said Khair/Trees/Billets from J&K Forest Department or from other
department for their factory. No Claim/Balance payment is pending and I have no
objection if forest department issues transportation permission of extracted Khair
Wood.
8. That the above-mentioned facts are true and correct.
