WORK PROGRAM

This has reference to the Work Programme submitted with your letter dated 11 th March 2021.

We have following observations and comments.

1. Program does not include the actual project commencing from contract signed date
2. It is prioritised by the Client’s Construction management unit to the followings floors
a. Floor Level -06
b. Floor Level-05
c. Floor Level-01
d. Ground Floor
Therefore, the work programme shall be reflected the work order which give emphasis to above
floor level.

Please revise and resubmit the work programme and resource plan with updated work progress..
