Name of work: Repair of solar water heater systems Unit – II in Hostel – 2 building
at NBRC, Manesar.
Sealed tender enquiries are being invited on behalf of Director, NBRC as per the
schedule of quantity given below. You are required to submit the sealed quotation in this
regard on or before 16.06.2021 at 3:00 PM addressed to Director, NBRC and clearly
indicating the name of work on envelope. The complete tender documents are available
on NBRC website www.nbrc.ac.in and also from Central Public Procurement Portal,
www.eprocure.gov.in.

1. Dismantling and removal of existing damaged heat Nos. 01
exchanger from the 2500 LPD hot water storage tank
by disconnecting pipelines, electric connection and
make up water tank etc. on cutting of storage tank and
removal of aluminum cladding, insulation etc. and as
directed by the EIC.
2. Supply and installation of heat exchanger cage type, Nos. 01
made of seamless pipe thickness 2 mm, surface area
of heat exchanger should not be less than 6 sqm.
3. Supply & installation of pipes, fittings, temp guage, Nos. 01
pressure guage, valves, air release valve, heaters 6
Nos. of 3 KW capacity each, cable, screws and any
miscellaneous item required for operationability of
system after welding of storage tank on top side
complete in all respect with insulation, repainting,
servicing of ETC tube collector etc. Connecting the
system with water inlet and outlet supply complete in
all respect and as directed by the EIC.
4. Less cost of damaged heat exchanger as provision of Nos. 01
buy back along with fitting not used during repair of
system.

The following terms and conditions will be applicable:
1 Income tax deduction will be as per Government norms.
2 The security deposit @ 10% will be deducted from the final bill and it will
be released on completion of defect liability period of one year for all items.
3 No advance payment will be made and payment will be released only after
completion of work.
4 The quoted amount should be exclusive of all taxes.
5 Rates are firm and FOR delivery at site.
6 You should follow all safety and security procedure that are in vogue and
applicable during installation.
7 No any other extra cost i.e. labour, transportation/cartage shall be paid, in
any circumstances.
8 The company shall provide a guarantee for the workmanship and material
supplied for a period of one year against any defect.
9 The time allowed for carrying out the work will be two (02) months from
the date of start
10 Penalty Clause - Violation of any terms and conditions will attract
imposition of a penalty of Rs. 1,000/- per occasion.

The quotations will be opened on 16.06.2021 at 3.30 PM in the presence of

attending tender. NBRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations
without assigning any reason.
