1 - Strongly Disagree; 2- Disagree; 3-Neither Agree nor Disagree; 4- Agree; 5- Strongly Agree;

According to the results in Table 3, it can be seen that the vast majority of those who took part of the survey agreed  that it is
difficult for them to find a seat or discussion rooms inside the library, with 57% (n=27) strongly agreeing with the first question.
In addition, there are 23% (n =22) who responded positively to this item. However, there are 6% (n=3) who do  not feel the same
way as the others and 13% (n=6) of the respondents neither felt the item number 1 - It is difficult for me to find vacant seats or
discussion rooms inside the library.
Aside from that, in item number 2, it is apparent that, 42%(n=20) strongly agrees that they cannot access the library easily due to
overcrowding and limited seats, 34%(n=16) respondents also agrees, while 17%(n=8) respondents answered neither agree or
disagree, and only 6%(n=3) respondents disagree with the statement. This gave the researchers an idea to create a solution to this
challenge faced by the students of CIT-U to build an information system that will help eradicate this problem.
Figure 12. Histogram of Time spent by students searching for available seats inside the library.
For question number 10 - How much time do you consume in finding available seats or rooms inside the library? There are 28%
(n=13) respondents have answered 1 to 6 minutes, a very low amount of time to search for a seat,  38%(n=18) respondents have
answered 7 to 12 minutes,   while 19%(n=9) respondents have answered they spend at about 13 to 18 minutes just looking for a
seat inside the library, another 4%(n=2) respondents answered they look for a seat at about 19 to 24 minutes, and the remaining
