WORK AGREEMENT

On Tuesday 10 March 2020, an agreement was made by both parties, namely an employment

In this case, acting for and on their own behalf in this work agreement, hereinafter referred to
as the second party.
Both parties have agreed to make a work agreement with the following conditions:

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The first party has full authority over all policies and regulations in the company. The
first party also has the right to terminate or continue the contract with the second
party.
2. The second party is willing to become a member of the first party in the position of
Secretary.
3. Both parties are willing to follow and comply with the contents of this agreement.

ARTICLE 2 TIME APPLIES TO CONTRACT

This work agreement is valid from 10 March 2020 to 10 March 2021 during this period, the
second party will employ employees from PT. Rocket Management.

ARTICLE 3 WORKING TIME AND WAGES

The second party is required to fulfill 7 (seven) working hours a day and 6 (six) days a week.

The second party will also receive a wage of Rp. 3,000,000.00 with benefits (food,
transportation, and health) in the amount of Rp. 2,500,000.00. So that the total salary of the
second party is Rp.5,500,000.00 (five million five hundred rupiah).
